This place is cute and festive, and the service was top notch. I just wish that could make up for the fact that the kitchen somehow lost all the salt, seasonings and spices. Every single dish was tasteless. Cooked great, honestly, but absolutely no flavor. We had a large party, and this was a common feeling with quite a few of us. I'm not a person who thinks all mexican food has to be spicy, but it at least needs to be seasoned, and none of it was. We ordered a wide variety of things, and only the salsa and the chorizo queso had any flavor.

Love the decorations! Alcohol comes in hilariously large portions. However, for a place called Guacalolics the guacamole is mid.

First visit early lunch on a Saturday...

Good menu options, quick service. The dining room(s) are quite large. For me I am glad that few customers were that because I might have a hard time hearing if the place was really busy.

We enjoyed our meals enough to want to go back. You should give it a try!

The chicken chimichanga was 10/10. Good price for the amount of food you get. The strawberry margarita was one of the best I’ve gotten!

Not what I was expecting from a Mexican restaurant- I think most people go there for the drinks. The atmosphere was a mess. There were strings of little lights in multiple rows flashing over every table. The light bulb in the lamp above the table was pink, which made everything on the table pink! Including my food! We arrived for a weekday late lunch. I got my favorite, chicken chimichanga, but when it was served it was missing the classic additions - avocado, lettuce, sour cream. It was more like a burrito with chopped chicken and whole beans smothered with cheese sauce and a red sauce. The menu said pico de gallo but I couldn’t tell you if any was in there. The pink light made the food unappealing and I had to use a filter on the camera to see what was inside. No rice and beans added to the lunch menu for the chimichangas and anything noting “beans” throughout the menu must be whole bean not refried. My friends said their rice lacked salt and flavor but the corn was okay. She also got a pineapple drink but she said there didn’t seem to be any alcohol as you would expect. By the time you added a drink and tip, lunch was a lot of money and the food was not appealing to me.

I absolutely love it here. My husband and I go here for date nights we love the food and the people I would highly recommend going here. We went right before Valentine’s Day and the drinks were amazing!

Service was great. Decorative lighting was plentiful and colorful. Some of my fajitas (beef) were very close to burnt/burnt around the edges, which also made them a but tough. Service was so good I'll try them again when I'm next in town...might have been an off night.
