We have been visiting weekly for breakfast for several months now. The food and staff members are great. We want to give a shout-out to JOYCE LEWIS. She is our go-to server when we visit. She is personable and friendly and puts us at ease when we are there. At times she will put in our standing breakfast order when she sees us coming in from the parking lot. We wish all restaurants had servers like Joyce.

We stopped by this location as we were traveling back from Florida. Our server, Joyce, was very attentive and made sure everything was just right. She even asked about our travel. The food was hot when served and we always had hot beverages. Some of our party ordered from the 55+ menu. It was more more than enough for them. Everyone was very accommodating.

Not worth the money at all. Took my grandson here yesterday for his birthday. 3 adults and 2 kids = $72 + tip? For breakfast? We literally ordered pancakes, eggs, sausage, and hash browns. Food was mediocre at best. Waitress took my order and we ordered 4 Pepsi/Cokes... She didn't tell us they were out of regular and just brought us all diet. I hate diet sodas and knew on first drink. When I told her it was diet and I wanted regular, that's when she informed us that they were out and she just gave us the Zero product. That should have been explained while ordering. Why would she assume that bringing diet was ok? She also failed to check on us other than taking our order and bringing our food. Will not be back.

I had a wonderful experience at this IHOP location. The food was fresh and delicious, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was absolutely excellent. Our server, Nikki, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was attentive, friendly, and made our dining experience so much better. It’s rare to find service with such genuine care, and Nikki truly stood out.
Highly recommend this location if you’re in the area—great food and even better service!

Everything was good, until I received my check. We went on military appreciation day and was told our discount did not apply. Now, this sign had very large lettering leading me to believe I would receive this discount. Maybe you should make an optional menu/section available where this discount would apply. Other than this discrepancy, everthing was good. Be more forthright.

The breakfast I got was just what I needed, 2 eggs, hash browns with onions, sausage link, and short stack of blueberry pancakes (2). IHOP was not terribly busy however the wait was long, and the wait for the waitress to cash me out even longer. I watched the waitress station as they entertained themselves. The food was right on and delicious. I would have liked to get an omelet but not these too high prices. I tried for a military discount (-15%) but that's reserved for Fridays only; I also tried AARP and I was told IHOP did away with that recently. Be prepared for good food for a thick wallet.
The ham and cheese omelette was good and flavorful. The cowboy burger looks delicious but has little to no flavor. But I will be back.

Always loved going to Ihop for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, but my god, was this the worst service I've received from any IHOP, EVER. Our waitress Dunia was terrible and definitely needs more training, and the manager wasn't helpful at all, if youre thinking of coming here, dont waste your time and go to Waffle House or any other IHOP.

We live in Sanford but we drive to Spring lake a few times a month just to eat here. Sometimes they get really busy and the staff get overwhelmed and you may have to ask for refills but the food has been great at this location lately. I really think that this Ihop has improved on their service and food quality in the past year. The rewards program is a nice addition. These chicken tacos were fabulous and the Salmon never disappoints. The drinks are well overpriced at $3.99 for most so we get water but the food is reasonably priced and that makes it worth the drive.
