The food was delicious per usual. My wife and I have visited this particular Jersey Mike's a few times and the food is always perfect. Service was speedy and friendly. A nice atmosphere all around.

I would have given the food rating a 5 star if I liked the bread. It's a texture thing for me. The bread is like subway's bread, imo, it's tough. I love sandwiches, so the bread has to be fresh, toasty outside, and soft inside for my liking. My husband, on the other hand, loved it. Everything else was delicious and fresh. The staff was friendly and quick.

The older woman who was on the meat cutting machine on 4/16 was rude for no reason. She asked what I was having so I gave her my order, which was a salad, I seen her grab bread... so to be polite I was unsure if she did not hear me correctly so I kindly asked if that was for me... and she looks up with a dead stare and goes "THIS AINT FOR YOU!" Um, ok ma'am.

All priorities of service went to call in/mobile app orders. We stood in front of the sandwich making line for 15 minutes watching them make sandwiches for customers who were not in the store before we were acknowledged. Only 3 staff members to handle the lunch rush…poor management tactics.

Never order from this store. Absolute worst subs you could ever order. Vial and totally wrong. Absolutely the rudest possible customer service ever. Save your money. You'd be better eating out of a dumpster!!!

Worst jersey mikes. I told them no cheese as I am allergic. They said they would replace it and when I called the manager acted dumb and even though my name was written down she refused to make it saying I needed to bring the sub back. Don't go here they steal your money.
