She asked what I was having so I gave her my order, which was a salad, I seen her grab bread... so to be polite I was unsure if she did not hear me correctly so I kindly asked if that was for me... and she looks up with a dead stare and goes "THIS AINT FOR YOU!" Um, ok ma'am.

Worst jersey mikes. I told them no cheese as I am allergic. They said they would replace it and when I called the manager acted dumb and even though my name was written down she refused to make it saying I needed to bring the sub back. Don't go here they steal your money.

I have been to many Jersey Mikes all over the U.S. and never have I asked for regular yellow mustered and was told that they don't have any and will give me a packet I so I can put it on my sandwich myself. How are you a sandwich shop with no regular YELLOW MUSTARD. I was baffled and honestly in shock, and even more when I asked the guy making my sandwich are they just out of regular mustard or do you always not have it....and he says no we never have it here. I know this sounds pretty ridiculous but for real YOUR A SANDWICH SHOPPPP, go get your mustard and stop playing. LOL I think I may have to contact general management to make sure this store get their much needed MUSTARD! I will say the chic that was working today... was very welcoming, polite and super friendly so that made not having the mustard tolerable!

HUGE shoutout to Jayla and Te’vion! They gave our family the best Jersey Mike’s experience we’ve ever received. They fulfilled our big request of making the viral TikTok Grinder sandwiches with a smile and a ‘ready to please’ attitude! They were thorough to make sure our detailed instructions were followed. Our subs were delicious and we were able to enjoy them even more knowing that they were happy to make them for us!
