A nondescript but tidy hole-in-the-wall restaurant that dishes out satisfactory Chinese food in the Spring Lake area. The food isn’t anything to write home about, but the servings are ample and the prices fair. Service is aloof but pleasant enough.
First and foremost let me start by saying the owner is extremely kind and has been there for over 11 years I think she told me. I ordered the combination chicken lo mein spicy. The chicken lo mein was delicious, The fried rice was extremely delicious as well And the fried rice was cooked fresh. Kung Pao chicken is my favorite Chinese dish. It's made with stir fried chicken and a spicy sauce with some vegetables. Of all the Chinese restaurants I've been to in my life, this is the first time I've had Kung Pao chicken that was breaded and deep fried instead of the traditional method of stir frying the chicken. This is more like the breaded and deep fried chicken you get in Orange Chicken or General Tso's chicken, as you can see in the picture included...
