Little Caesars Pizza

Got the wrong order and was given a regular pizza instead of the specialty one i ordered. I tried to call to get a refund or replacement and they left me on hold for over 15 minutes.

Gp there often, once had an issue woth time (took over mins after I had waited 30 mins to get an online order). I understand things happen, otherwise never an issue and fresh.

Alexia makes your store proud!

We just moved over here not long ago and it has been a while since I've been to a Little Caesars. Alexia was so patient with my questions and comparing sizes and prices while I was indecisive trying to order last minute for a big family.

She really is personable and makes people feel like a customer that she is happy to help and not just a number in line! 🙏

I was impressed because there were many people waiting inside and somebody outside and she is in the front making sure things are organized and moving fast.

The store is also very clean.

Super impressed with a customer service and I would come back just because she helped us and made us feel so warm during a time they were clearly slammed!

My son said to include that she had a cool Little Caesars hat on. 😄

The service is HORRIBLE! I went there about a year ago, and they said it would be about ten minutes. It took 30.
I gave them another chance last night. They said it would be ten to twelve minutes. After 40 minutes, I still didn't have my order!!

One thing I love about Little Caesars is that its fast. The pizza is always hot. But the young people that they hire are not ready work. I pulled into the driveway to young ladies are in the driveway window but never turned around to acknowledge me one even turned her back and started going on her cell phone. I sat for 7 min. Once I realized that they're not going to turn around and acknowledge me I started my timer.I had to pull my car around and go inside to order my pizza. I wanted to add mushrooms to my pizza and the young lady at the cash register didn't even know how to add it. Do better with hiring young people who want to work Little Caesars.

Not once not twice but countless times i've called an ordered food and they asked me for my name and then tell me it'll be ten or twelve minutes or something like that and every time I pull up to the window they tell me I gotta come back five minutes from then
