Came in today to a store empty with no hot and ready pizzas available. I ordered two pizzas and a pepperoni crazy puff. 12 minutes was what I was told for wait time. 26 minutes later my pizzas were put into the warmer as I’m sitting in the store waiting. I had to go up and as if they were mine. The people working were just sitting in the back chatting away rather than giving customers their pizza or making sure hot and ready ones were available as it was lunch time. Sad service and real confused on the why they offer hot and ready, but don’t have any.

Ordered my food at 8:05 and I didn’t get it until 8:50 and I was the only one in the store and drive through for the first 15 minutes. No worker is at the front lobby so we’re 5 customers waiting to order and/or get their food.

I doordash for a living and they made me wait here for over 20 minutes for two pizzas and a crazy bread. when they weren’t even busy… I’m respectful and i dont know what couldve took them this long. and there was no apologies. i guess they forgot about me or the order and tried to make it when i asked about

Customer service at the window was excellent young lady with glasses can’t remember her name but she’s always working when I come through always has a positive attitude. You don’t see that in young adults now a days but she was perfect and a perfect vibe I have been in management for over 15 yrs and I must give her, her props for definitely being a great example of great customer service
