The new general manager, Michelle, has been doing nothing but making improvements everyday to this store. She makes it her duty to make sure every customer is happy and makes every pizza to perfection. Best pizza around town.

I've gone back time and time again despite terrible service and product because of great service and product I've gotten at other locations. To be honest all of my experiences with Marcos have recently been extremely disappointing regardless of which location I'm at. You should be able to get the same product from every location when you have a chain. Unfortunately products and service I get varies depending on the time, shift, day, location, attitude of employees, etc. If you can name it I can guarantee that it will affect the service one way or another leading to never being able to count on what you're going to get. If you try complaining you get a attitude and hung up on by managers. You request contactless delivery and every single time they completely disregard this request. Why give the option if you're going to ignore it? Also I always request triple garlic sauce and parmesan on my pizza crust and literally have nothing on it for the up teeth time. One thing for sure is this is the last time because they just lost a really good customer. No point in complaining because as in the past I guarantee the manager will insist he did it himself and it's there. I have to wonder who could hire this person as a role model. It certainly does explain how what used to be a favorite Pizza is now something I won't even feed my dogs

Order a delivery order, but they can’t deliver on base, understandable so I went and picked it up. Steve(I think that was his name) refunded me the delivery fee. Excellent customer service. Great pizza and great deals 10/10

AVOID!!!!! The older guy who is always there when they open is the epitome of BAD service!!

They never answer the phone I was on hold for 30 minutes! I called several times. As soon as they answer they put you on hold! I just wanted to give them my gate code cause I didn’t see where to put it on the website. It’s very frustrating.

After placing my order at 10:28 at 11:00 p.m. with Marcos closed I had not heard from them no one called or said anything I literally went one mile up the road to the gas station by my house because I thought they just didn't come because it was close to closing time the a****** came to my home as my daughter told him I literally went to the gas station because I thought they canceled my order because once I had no communication from Marcos and I literally was on the phone waiting for a representative to see what happened with my order I went to the gas station because that's pretty much the only thing that's open this time of the night because again lack of communication completely unacceptable

I was a very loyal customer until they started not making my pizza the way it was ordered. Manager blatantly lied to me, was INCREDIBLY rude and refused to fix my order. Used to order several times a week but I'll never order here again. Food was awful.
