I had never tried marco's pizza, but now i've tried it about 3-4 times, especially the sanford location. The white guy.
That rolled me up was really nice and the black guy brought my pizzas out to the seating area and held the door for me to exit so I'd have no problem. That's great quality Customer service! I will return and I will tell others, THANK U Marco Pizza!

Please tell me why I was sitting in the parking lot one evening at mi casita waiting for my husband to pick up our order and I seen a female walk to a truck with a box put a kitten inside the box and take it back inside the restaurant. I never seen her come out back out with it but it shouldn’t have been in there anyways . I’ll never eat at this place again . Yuck!!!!

I asked for the double cheese on my CheeseyBread and it did not have an extra amount when I opened the box,but I left without complaining. Complete waste of my $ 9.48!!!!! It is 85 to 90 percent bread for this cheesyBread. I will just go to Ceasars to get their genuinely cheesy Italian CheeseBread for 5 -6 bucks. I bought this because I needed more protein than grains in my diet. Thanks for wasting my hard earned money today.

Ordered online & paid in full @ 7:30 pm food was suppose to be delivered by 8:12 pm. Been waiting over 2 hours never received my food and no one will answer the store phone. They just let the phone ring then hang up. Won’t be ordering from here again!

Update : The actual owner of the restaurant reached out to accommodate me & is working to fix their issues! Very professional.

Walked in to try to make an order and spent 10 minutes trying to get the attention of someone right by the counter on their phone. He did look up and around but paid no attention to us at all

Ordered a pizza at 2350, horrible time to order pizza. I didn’t realize the time that it was. Didn’t get a call or any kind of update other than the app telling me it was getting prepared. I get there at 0003, the app says it’s ready and they just stare at me outside the building, don’t try and shoo me away or even tell me that they didn’t do the pizza. I wait until one of them leaves and am told with a wad of cash in hand “I’m counting money and I’m not letting anyone in”. I easily would’ve walked away if they had told me it was way too late which I would’ve understood having worked the same kind of job before. Incredibly disappointed at the disrespectful behavior. It’s cool I can get something else to eat instead!

The new general manager, Michelle, has been doing nothing but making improvements everyday to this store. She makes it her duty to make sure every customer is happy and makes every pizza to perfection. Best pizza around town.

I've gone back time and time again despite terrible service and product because of great service and product I've gotten at other locations. To be honest all of my experiences with Marcos have recently been extremely disappointing regardless of which location I'm at. You should be able to get the same product from every location when you have a chain. Unfortunately products and service I get varies depending on the time, shift, day, location, attitude of employees, etc. If you can name it I can guarantee that it will affect the service one way or another leading to never being able to count on what you're going to get. If you try complaining you get a attitude and hung up on by managers. You request contactless delivery and every single time they completely disregard this request. Why give the option if you're going to ignore it? Also I always request triple garlic sauce and parmesan on my pizza crust and literally have nothing on it for the up teeth time. One thing for sure is this is the last time because they just lost a really good customer. No point in complaining because as in the past I guarantee the manager will insist he did it himself and it's there. I have to wonder who could hire this person as a role model. It certainly does explain how what used to be a favorite Pizza is now something I won't even feed my dogs
