Went to this McDonalds a the manager was very rude her name was something like keasia a she was cussing at some ppl who walked out behind her , please teach respect to ur managers especially when ur supposed to be a family restaurant

I only use this place because it's close. Staff is horrible and they make every car pull up to save their time. When you have special needs children sometimes it difficult.. the staff don't care even expressing this to them.

Im currently sitting in the drive through line a 3:40 Been here since almost 3 no one came across the intercom and they are open I drove to the window in between said time frame was told they we're switching over to breakfast which is odd McDonald's usually doesn't start serving breakfast until 5a.m.

Felt bad for the employees, manager on duty @5:40 12/30/25 was rude to them by loosing her cool over a little misunderstanding. Talking about “yall need to listen, I can only speak one language, English is all I can speak” little girl she said that to, looked like she was about to cry. But another thing is she paid no mind to people up front when she clearly saw us standing there. Idk she looked very flustered. I understand being a manager is rough believe me I do. But… don’t be one if you can’t be cooperative with your co workers and adapt to different situations at work.

Over a 15 minute wait for to large drinks and one plane ice cream Sunday. This location lacks management. Bad customer service and unorganized employees.
I have lived here since before this McDonald’s was built and the service at the drive through is always horrible. No matter what time you go or how many people are In line they always ask you to pull forward and then you wait a crazy amount of time for them to bring your food out. They will have people on each drive thru spot and even wrapped around the curb. I’ve even tried to order online for pick up, waited 20 minutes or more, then went a still had to pull up and wait 25 minutes. The kids that work there are usually very polite but they are not being properly managed.

You will literally be pulled up for a cup of ice. I would say to anyone to not pull up if they ask. I ordered chicken strips, tea and cookies. Was asked to pull up for strips and waited an hour. I wasn’t really dressed to get out and debate with anyone so I waited an entire hour. Car after car, person after person drove by. This McDonald’s is hell.
