You will literally be pulled up for a cup of ice. I would say to anyone to not pull up if they ask. I ordered chicken strips, tea and cookies. Was asked to pull up for strips and waited an hour. I wasn’t really dressed to get out and debate with anyone so I waited an entire hour. Car after car, person after person drove by. This McDonald’s is hell.

Good fast food- late night order through DoorDash that took 45min to get here was still warm and tasted like McDonald’s lol

this is the worst mcdonald’s in the area, you’re always waiting awhile. i don’t mind the wait but at least make the food right. i went tonight for just a dr pepper and got straight carbonation not even syrup. i threw it out, just a waste of money. go to the one in cameron because clearly nobody here can do anything right.

by far the slowest drive thru in america. only consistency they have is disappointing customers. needs new management or to be shut down. ASAP!
the drive thru wait was beyond ridiculous then my large fries were barely half filled and lukewarm.

I had ordered a meal and I never received it. I was told to pull into the drive thru reserved lot to wait for my food. I waited over an hour for my food. I never received it as well as 3 other vehicles. Staff had left restaurant. I’m very upset with the service we received if you could even call it service. No one informed us if we would ever receive our meals, all the staff just up and left.

I waited for 55 mins for my order tonight which is extremely unacceptable! The manager just disappeared to the back of the restaurant when people started coming in. I seen her on her phone in the back also. The whole time I was there she did not come to the front desk at all. People that were waiting for food were not happy at all. I saw someone just tell a staff member to cancel their order bc they weren't waiting any longer. I had to ask someone to make my order after being ignored for over 45 mins.

How is it possible, with all of the one star reviews, this location seems to get even worse? If you go through the drive thru it is slow, you are always asked to pull forward and it takes 10 to 20 minutes to get a fish sandwich. This evening I decided to go inside, which was a mistake, and order. As soon as I walked in it was a madhouse. I ordered anyways, against my better judgement. Numerous people ahead of me and I watched as nothing was put out for over 10 minutes. Then when a few orders came out a group of unruly young people just rushed to the pick up counter with no concern for anyone else. Another 10 minutes and I saw a woman come in from the drive through and her order was wrong. She stood there for 5 minutes till a worker finally paid attention. 5 minutes later her order was still not fixed. I decided to leave, but never received my food. I am out $8 and frankly if someone could go in there and manage the place I would gladly give up my $8.
