Just picked up 2 egg McMuffins and brought them home. The Canadian bacon on both sandwiches had been cooked down to half the size and they were hard as leather. English muffins had not even been lightly toasted. Awful!

Avoid this place at all costs! Rude employees! Food is never fresh and the establishment on the inside is filthy! I remember a time 20 years ago today that this place use to stay packed from soldiers to civilians now it’s a ghost spot!
The level of service was atrocious and the wait was even worse.

I ordered spicy chicken sandwich with fries my sandwich was cold and soggy I went to order a milkshake and having to look at the top of the milkshake machine it is absolutely filthy I asked the manager at just before around 4:15 in the afternoon why didn't they clean the machine she stated that they don't clean them no more the company send someone else out to clean them I don't think that's very sanitary for how dirty the machine gets and something about that just don't sound right I know the machine has a cleaning mode where it cleans the inside but the outside of the machine they should be cleaning that off

I have lost count on how many times my order has been wrong at this place. Whether it’s ordering at the store or on UberEats, it doesn’t make a difference. There are always missing items, bad tasting food, unsalted bland fries, or simple request to have something taken off a burger but it doesn’t happen. Im sick of wasting my time and money here. I don't recommend anyone going here anymore.
