I wish I could give 0 stars. This might be one of the absolute worst experiences I’ve had with a fast food place. No matter what you order, you will be forced to wait 15-20 minutes. Their signature phrase is “Pull up into the spot and wait”. Nothing is ever ready. I recently placed a DoorDash order with them, only to be forced to wait over an hour, go through two different dashers, all for them to cancel my order. They claimed they never got the order and cancelled after making me wait an absurd amount of time. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

They will not get your order right, ever. When you ask them to fix it youre met with a bad attitude and another wrong order. Even after showing the reciept and telling them exactly what food is missing they are too incompetent to fill an order. The management should be fired.

Cold food everytime I come here. Don’t pull every order from your drive thru. The amount of times I’ve been left waiting for 20-30 minutes is crazy. The female manager with glasses and dreads is the most disrespectful person I’ve ever seen work, I uber on the side and she’s disrespectful to Uber drivers, her staff, and customers. Example, a customer came in while I was waiting on an Uber order and since the drive thru didn’t give him a receipt she refused to fill his order he paid for. I’m writing this as I’m waiting in a parking spot because ive been pulled. I place my order at 0812 and it’s currently 0833 and still waiting. This place is awful.

Worst establishment I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting,while SOME of the staff seem like they care, the majority don’t. They messed up SEVERAL peoples orders, it took 15 minutes before we even got a DRINK, we found hair in our food, and it took another employee LITERALLY stopping her own lunch break to come get us our two orders of fries. But to make matters worse my pregnant wife nearly slipped on a wet floor that was NOT properly marked.
Did an online order for curbside pick up at 6:18 waited 20 minutes when customers that came after me were being served first at curbside. So I pull around to the window and explained to them how long I’ve been waiting and the girl at the window with the ridiculous lashes just shrugs her shoulders. Then they proceed to ask me to pull forward I do so for them only to come out with my food finally and say “you weren’t parked at the spot” YES I WAS YALL TOOK 20 minutes to get me my simple order of a fish filet and strawberry smoothie 😂🤦🏾♀️

Poor service all around. This is the closest McDonald’s so I go here often but you’ll never get consistent fries. Either cold, undercooked, no salt, or burned. Drive thru service is absolutely awful. Don’t go near the end of breakfast because you’ll wait so long in line they’re not serving breakfast anymore and will tell you “we ran out of breakfast” even though you put a mobile order in beforehand. They usually don’t remember to take things off your burger either if you request it😤
