The sprite was carbonated water , the sweet tea half gallon did not have lids they had stickers when I called to let them know I was on the way to a work meeting so I did not have time to wait to fix it they only offered to replace the teas no sympathy for the stuff not being right nor what happened.

Well, I stop here about twice a month. This visit, someone new, was at the window. I ordered a number 2 with a Coke. I should have looked at my food before I left. The guy in front of me also got the wrong food. They forgot the egg. It was too late to turn around, and I didn't get a receipt due to no paper. I guess Biscuitville, here I come.

It’s a typical McDonald’s. The food isn’t amazing but it’s filling. The bacon quarter-pounder with cheese and fries were greasier than I expected. The fries had less salt than the McDonald’s I visited in Maryland and DC (the people who salt their fries should salt the roads in winter) so if you want salty fries, ask for extra salt. I also had a McFlurry. The ice cream was rich and creamy with the right amount of M&Ms.

This is a message to the ladies who tried to comp my order with a single ice coffee. You need to learn to comp orders correctly. It’s simple math. I ordered a large mango smoothie on the app which is $3.89 which you could not provide me. A large iced coffee is $1.79. That me has that 2 large ice coffee is less value than one smoothie. You tried to refuse me the two ice coffees as compensation. After checking the prices, I came inside and got my 2 large iced coffee as compensation, along with a bunch of attitude. So technically I still lost a few cents on in the end. So please learn how to compensate correctly and drop the attitude, especially when you are wrong. Don’t take my word. Look in your system at the prices and try to tell me that 2 iced coffees cost more than a smoothie. They don’t.

If I could rate zero stars I would! This is the worst run McDonald's I've ever seen. Staff are rude and don't do anything. Food service is beyond slow. Waited over 30 minutes multiple occasions for my food. They always claim to be busy but all I hear them do is just talk. Store is a mess. Horrible. Don't go here ever!!!
This is absolutely the worst mcdonalds ever! Long wait times, staff members are rude, restaurant is not clean. Went inside for a medium coke only and had to wait just to get a cup. They had no lids or straws and 2 people inside had been waiting 45 minutes for their order. This place needs better management for sure!!!

Dude always something wrong when we come here. systems down or always taking a full hour to get food. We try not to eat at this location but it’s conveniently super close but the last 3 times we’ve tried to come. There’s always something wrong. I have a theory no one actually works there lol

You'll spend 25 minutes waiting for your order and when you finally get your food it's cold. Waited for what? Employees are always rude and will leave you standing at the counter knowing you need help. Worst mcdonalds in the state of nc.

went through the drive thru 3 times before they got the food right, time #2 they literally gave the exact same burger back to us. these are supposed to be BBQ bacon double quarter pounders
