Avoid this place at all costs! Rude employees! Food is never fresh and the establishment on the inside is filthy! I remember a time 20 years ago today that this place use to stay packed from soldiers to civilians now it’s a ghost spot!

I ordered spicy chicken sandwich with fries my sandwich was cold and soggy I went to order a milkshake and having to look at the top of the milkshake machine it is absolutely filthy I asked the manager at just before around 4:15 in the afternoon why didn't they clean the machine she stated that they don't clean them no more the company send someone else out to clean them I don't think that's very sanitary for how dirty the machine gets and something about that just don't sound right I know the machine has a cleaning mode where it cleans the inside but the outside of the machine they should be cleaning that off

I have lost count on how many times my order has been wrong at this place. Whether it’s ordering at the store or on UberEats, it doesn’t make a difference. There are always missing items, bad tasting food, unsalted bland fries, or simple request to have something taken off a burger but it doesn’t happen. Im sick of wasting my time and money here. I don't recommend anyone going here anymore.

40 minutes and counting. Don’t order your food from here if you’re doing it through uber or DoorDash. Please, for the love of god don’t do it. I don’t know why they even use them, so the drivers can come in here and wait 40 minutes for food? Why not send out the order when it’s ready? Stop going here. Get chicken nuggets from food lion and make them in the oven, it’s not worth it to come here. This type of thing shouldn’t even exist, why do y’all keep eating here? I hope someone reads this and decides that today is the day they stop supporting this absolute sewage plant of a McDonald’s. Have some dignity and self respect please.
This location is the slowest I have ever seen. I moved to Spring Lake in March and have been here a lot. Not a single time have I not had to pull into a spot and wait 10+ minutes for “fast” food.
Ontop of that, 7 times since March I’ve asked for ice cream. The app will let you order it and not until you get to the second window to pick up food do they say “the ice cream machine doesn’t work”.
Someone from corporate McDonald’s needs to come down here and check these guys out.

Food wasn't hot or cold just kind of in the middle floor in the dining room was sticky bathrooms were nasty and walking by an associate I said excuse me and her comment was yeah excuse you. This McDonald's is along my route when I visit the VA hospital I will never stop here again.
