Someone help me figure out how in the word McDonald's generates so much in revenue. But don't have a freaking working phone line. Go ahead and try to dial the number & you'll see what I'm speaking about.This is ridiculous. It's like they disabled the phone line, so you can't call to report a complaint. And then their system chooses to randomly shut down for God knows what. The entire mcdonald's franchise is trash.

Food is mediocre, the fries are always underdone or old, cold, and soggy. The attitude is ridiculous. Drinks are always half filled. I understand that these employees may be tired but customers should not be at the receiving end of horrible service.

I usually don’t write reviews but after the visit we just had, it’s very much needed. From the moment we pulled up to place our order in the drive thru, a female worker spoke to us in the rudest tone. And half way through ordering, she literally huffed and puffed like she couldn’t stand her job. I understand working isn’t easy but there is no excuse for the attitude we received. After paying, we came to find out she even got our order WRONG. Had to keep asking the other workers for the correct size for not only our fries but our drinks! They kept shutting the window & we had to wait for them to open it again to repeat that it was wrong. Truly, this is unacceptable and I hope management gets their crew together or finds one that cares about the business because they are going to lose customers left and right!!!

I understand not doing breakfast at all hours of the day... But why can't you have the normal menu or at least some of it available all hours of the day?Some people have allergies and can't have anything on the breakfast menu sandwich wise but that's all your serving, I didn't have long enough of a break to go somewhere else to get food when I was getting food for multiple people and we only planned on stopping at McDonald'sDietary restrictions: They didn't have any sort of options for my dietary restrictions and refused to make something not on the breakfast menu

we frequent this location only for the convenience of how close it is, but every single time we come through we are rushed from the order taker, they miss our items, and then tell us we have to pay for the missing items that we already paid for? where's management?** update: waited over an hour to still get the wrong food and they poured apple juice in my bag with my food
