The staff is outstanding and very polite. The brisket may need the sauce if a little dry, but the pulled pork sandwich is good. The sides of baked beans, coleslaw, and Texas caviar are excellent. The star of the meal is the burnt ends, with the burnt end taco with toppings and sauce being absolutely amazing.
