I ordered Ramen and they gave us Lo Mein,this is definitely not an authentic hibachi place,I’ve had much better,the rice taste like white rice,the chicken looked boiled and tossed in sauce

I was craving Japanese food and this was the closest place to my house so I went in and place a to go order... as I went to sign my credit card receipt I asked the lady behind the counter would she receive the tip at the end of her shift and she said NO all tips go to the owners the she does not get any of the tips... this made me angry I took my tip back!!! she is the one doing all the work for them and she does not get the tips... they are making all the money and she is making nothing...I will never go back there again!!! This should be against the law

This place used to be pretty good but it’s way too over priced for the quality. The miso soup I ordered had no flavor, the steak was over cooked. The portion size is not worth the price. Seems like since Covid every restaurant in this area took a turn for the worse. Next time if I want Hibachi, I’ll just spend the extra money to get something with more substance and value.
