I have been going here for 10 plus years. Have always received great customer service. The food is Amazing. I can go in and ask the owner to fix my Hot and Spicy Shrimp with red sauce which they don't make it that way anymore. But the manager is always there to fix it just how my husband likes it and if I want to add extra shrimp he does that as well. They came highly recommended by a friend. Service was great, and it looked like every other Chinese food restaurant. My wife and I did not like the food. My General Tso's Chicken was dry and lacked good flavor. My lomein was greasier than normal and was blah. For the high price I paid, I expected better. I may try this location again to see if it was a one-time fluke. If so, I will update my rating.

What I am going to deduct points for though is the hidden service fee ! I paid inside at pickup in cash so why an extra dollar.
The restaurant was definitely clean . Gave them 5 stars for that.
