You do not ask customers to leave a tip. That is tacky. If you are delivering my food or I am sitting there eating and I have a waiter or waitress, I will tip. But none of these are happening so I do not tip. Which is normal. But everyone feels entitled especially when the orders have been wrong. I have given this location a few chances. Disappointed.

I ordered through GrubHub. The order was for two medium pizzas, 16 boneless chicken wings w/ 2 dips, and cinnamon sticks.
No dip was delivered, and the first pizza had the correct crust, butminimal pepperonis, considering it was regular and Old world pepperonis. The second pizza, ordered as hand, tossed crust, and multiple items (in receipt photo below). It is clearly pepperoni (both kinds) only and you can see the inconsistency in the amount of pepperonis on the pan crust pizza that was actually ordered as both pepperonis.
GrubHub nor the delivery driver did anything wrong. It is completely a Pizza Hut mistake. The pizza boxes are sealed which prevents the driver from confirming items. The manager said there’s nothing is nothing he can do, and said it was a Grub Hub issue.
GrubHub refunded $12. If I wanted to re-order another pizza with the same items, it is $24.39.
On a good note, at least the boneless wings were good.

My order was cancelled by door dash and I went in to pick it up. The gentleman who worked at Pizza Hut was really professional and super apologetic and had my order ready super fast. The manager was really nice and ensured my order was 100% to my satisfaction. Thanks guys.

Honestly after seeing bad reviews I was scared to order here… wow the pizza taste amazing and better than most pizza huts I’ve tried in the past and the food didn’t even take long.. I ordered 2 large original pan pizzas and it was definitely made with love!!
Got a pizza a supreme tavern pizza at 10:02 and pizza was stuck to the bottom of the box I love about 5 min up the road and my pizza was extremely cold called to tell employees and she said it was fresh and in the warmer which it was when I got there but yet my pizza was still cold by the time I got home.

standards have drastically dropped since changing locations. now it's no better than anyone else... actually, little caesars is ALOT better and Brooklyn blows everyone away. it's been years since we had PH, and the next visit will be as well. overall it was a disappointment... again

The saddest pizza he told me this is hand toss. No way and I ordered 5 pizzas these are thin crust not hand toss. I suggest else where dominos would never! Didn’t apologize just said this is how they make them now, honestly not worth the money.
