The food was great. The salad bar looked depleted, but a server replenished it. The table bussing seemed a little slow.

Love the honey 🍯 glaze Salomon with rice pilaf and zucchini. My wife had shrimp scampi with noodles. Plus cheese 🧀 cake.

When I first walked in, I was overlooked standing to get seated. But the server made it an enjoyable time with his energy. Appreciate that. Could of had a little more food for 14$ but it was cool.

My experience here last night was bad enough that I felt compelled to leave a review.

I went on a Tuesday night with my 4 children. Tuesday is 'kids eat free' night, so I decided to take advantage. The problems started immediately. It took 20 minutes for two of my kids to get their drinks. Our meals came out one at a time, with a gap large enough that one of my kids was done eating before any other meal came out.

I only received half of my meal after waiting for 45 minutes. So I had to wait another 45 minutes to receive the rest. Which would have been frustrating by itself, but we were still waiting on the other meals as well.

Finally, finally we get done eating. They come with the check, and I am informed that 'kids eat free Tuesday's' are no longer a thing. Despite the Ruby Tuesday website saying it is, and no notice posted anywhere online or in the restaurant. I'm only informed after ordering and after eating. Then the manager says there is nothing she can do and has been dealing with it all day. Sounds to me like a franchisee desperately trying to save money, but being deceptive and shady about it.

In conclusion, I will never eat here again and I would recommend against anyone else subjecting themselves to this place.

We visited this place at the evening. Server was completely lost. She made all possible mistake possible. She had to come back three time just to tell us every time we order a beer it’s not available. Then she brought a wrong size. I asked to bring a sauce she brought an empty bottle of sauce. Order came with missing expected ingredients. I had to get off the table to locate a server and tell her to fix it. The restaurant smelled like a bleach , I assume they were preparing to closure which were in 2 hours. I will not come back to this place.

Restaurant is uncleaned, awful smell, poorly prepared food. After one bite of quesadilla, note a curly hair on guacamole, we loss our appetite. Would not recommend this restaurant.

Very terrible experience I wouldn’t recommend coming to this place came on veterans day with some old service members of ours to celebrate . You would think being in a military town service members would be treated better but I guess not. Anyway we arrived in and saw the sign that said please wait to be seated we sat at the front door for about 10 mins while employees walked around and no acknowledged us at all. So I took initiative and spoke with a server she just told me she doesn’t have a hostess and someone can help me but I don’t see how that is possible when we weren’t even acknowledged. Mind you they were not busy at all maybe had 3 tables dining in very sad so we left and will not be back and not to mention they do not answer the phone

Ordered door dash last night. Everything about the order was wrong. We purchased two salads both were completely wrong. The only that was right was the salad dressing. The cobb salad had more jalapeños than lettuce which wasn't part of the order. The dasher Lori call me multiple times to let me know what was happening and she had to stand her ground to get them to even make the salads.
