We have not been here in a year and what a great difference! John has the best personality and customer service. Our waitress, Kay was wonderful. We have no complaints and will back. New people, new managers, again wonderful change!

Got there and had a decent time. Left my phone and wallet behind and the staff stole my money. The manager only took my number. We sat in front of the bar, yet the cameras don't face that way. We ordered alcohol and was never asked for an ID. I pray this store never sees a day of peace for 120 days.. The amount of money stolen from me. Bet that!

The food was good but you do not get your money's worth. Someone needs to look at how little rice comes with the Deconstructed Kabobs. It is frustrating that the rice/kabob ratio is off. So, I'm forced to order a side of rice only to not even get a child's serving. For $3. SMH. Come on! 2 kabob orders and both are disappointing.

Loved our service , Visiting from out of down & decided to stop in , the server Kaisha was attentive , very sweet . Our food came quick & was delicious , definitely would visit again .
We ate here on12/21/25 and the service was terrible. Our waitress first got our drink orders as normal.You figure then she would be right back for our order. No, it took 30 minutes before she came back on got our order and we had to tell her we needed refills on drink. She was gonna just walk away.It wasn't like they were busy or anything.There was a total of 4 tables being served. She was too busy playing on her phone instead of doing her job. We received our food an hour after getting there. Ordered a Bacon cheese burger and when I received it there was no bacon. The manager I figure came out and said I'll get you your bacon. She did and was nice about it.She also had to say something to the waitress about another customer needing attention.This is terrible.I used to go there every two months or so but the last two times have been so bad I'm not going back. You have to have better service or you won't survive. This is why you're so dead on a Sunday. Find better servers!!
Note beware since leaving the review waitresses (who's name was not named above) family members and a fake profile have started to harass me on Facebook about this and manager has been made aware. I will not remove the review as it was accurate and it should show that things need to change if they want more customers. If the harassment continues I will get the police involved and charges will be pressed against the people harassing me and the restaurant as they are aware of the situation and should handle it.

The service here was unacceptable on 12/20, I've never visited a restuarant where the server walked out on us mid-meal because the manager overworked him (4 12-hour shifts in a row). The food was salty, and after our server took off (dropping off to go boxes with our meals), neither the one remaining server nor the older woman manager checked on us nor apologized for the scene. The manager did peep to make sure we paid though at the very end, then continued to ignore us. Trashy behavior, unprofessional RT outlet-- will never return to any Ruby Tuesday.
