First time trying out the restaurant. Waited 40 mins for food even tho the restaurant was pretty much empty. Food was Ight nothing crazy. Took awhile to get my check also. Me personally, I wouldn’t go here again.

Spring Lake, NC 3/5/24 630pm'ishOur waitress was great, the food was goodI don't know what was going on with the hostess, but when we got there she was not to be found and after seating us, she sat down in a booth close by and started cussing to whoever she was on the phone with. Not for long, but it had me sidetracked.Wheelchair accessibility: Everything ground level!

The lights in the parking have not worked for a very long time!Sometimes no one is refilling the salad bar. Even the lettuce, and the awesome croutons are missing.Great ribs ! And sometimes the salad bar is awesome too.
Amazing food. I got the deconstructed kabob, and it had so much flavor.

The Springlake, Fayetteville location has gone downhill and management do not have the skills to resolve or Foresight to prevent issues. Last two visits no mixed greens, green peppers, shredded cheese and ranch dressing on the bar. Tonight around 815pm we visited the Springlake location, my Asiago Bacon Chicken meal came out with charred mushrooms. The female manager on duty told me, "the entire batch is burned and there is nothing we can do for the grilled mushrooms as it will take too long or I can remove those mushrooms from your plate" I was shocked with this response to say the least. She finally offered to saute some mushrooms but warned they would probably taste a little different than grilled. The manager bought some sauted mushrooms but given the lack of customer service and many excuses I told her I didn't want them (afraid to eat them due to the subpar customer service). No apology at all. Unfortunately, this is our last visit to this restaurant. Additionally, the lights in the parking lot has been out for months which is a safety issue. Again, Management simply does not care to resolve. I Love Ruby Tuesday but not this one.Parking: Lights inoperable outside of restaurant and dark.
Trying to get an order to go on way home from work. Website would not load in my phone. Called them 12 times in the time it took me to get there from work with no answer. When I got there I asked how one can call this location. I was told there's usually a Togo waitress but she's not there tonight and I only get paid $10/hrs. I asked so you're not being paid enough to answer the phone, she said not when it's busy like this. (2 couples and 1 individual at the bar, 1 individual at 1 table) to top that off my wife asked for no mushrooms on her Philly cheese steak hoagie, which ended up coming with no mushrooms or peppers or onions and she said the cheese didn't taste right. Usually like this place, totally disheartened this evening. Please do better, we vote with our wallets.

3 of us went for lunch today 1-20-23.all of us got Salad bar and I got burger and friend got chicken tenders. The salad bar wasn't great he ask to have it took off the ticket. The chicken tenders was over cooked and I didn't even touch the burger. Had to ask for to go plates and she brought us one container that we couldn't even get the food in . I will not Recommend eating at the Ruby Tuesdays in spring lake NC .Wheelchair accessibility: Parking lot was empty so plenty parking

The Tuesday special of the crispy chicken was awesome! It was cooked to perfection. Mrs. Julia the bartender was very catering and the mgr Mr. Jason was so polite and welcoming. I'm loving these daily specials! Please keep up the good work!

Saturday 1/6- First time coming to this location. I can't blame the brand for slowly going out of business. Location is very quiet ? I sat at the bar to eat and have a few drinks. Marcus was our bartender & he was pretty cool. Have us some suggestions and the food and salad was good. I had some pasta and chicken ? and it was really good. They have a salad ? bar at this location and it was clean and not messy. Bar area and the rest of the restaurant was clean. It was not busy or crowded at all. I do check out the restrooms and it was also really clean . If you are looking for a quick meal and quiet ? dinner. Stop by Ruby Tuesday. I had a very good experience here. Highly recommend.
