Rustic Burger Spring Lake

This “gem” is a great new addition to spring lake! I had a gluten free bacon cheese burger with hand cuts fries and cheese sauce!! Yum! Super good Definitely will be back and had a great waitress. Clean inside and offers military discount. Glad I choose to come here over a different place I would usually go. Come try it out!

Burgers were very good. Hand cut fries and homemade chips were also very good!! Very good staff our waitress was very good! Atmosphere was very nice, very clean will definitely be back. The 4 of us all got the rustic burger. They were all cooked to perfection!!The only thing we found odd was you had to pay extra for ranch for homemade chips.....we just thought that was odd.

Located in skyland plaza in the suite formerly Cici's. Rustic Burger is very spacious and the atmosphere was very hometown style without the stuffiness of other mom and pop shops. My waitress Nelly was very adapt in getting me exactly what I wanted. I spoke with the owner who seemed very nice. The food is very delicious and priced well below what it could be for its quality!

Decent burgers. Good selection. Great service. Pretty fair price. No complaints here except maybe I'd like a slightly bigger burger for the price. Had the Buffalo Bleu and the Carolina (with chili, cheddar, mustard, and onions).

The burgers are well prepared. The fries are crunchy and hot and plentiful! Portions are just right! Love the sampler plate! The apple pie and brownie sundae are yummy! The wait staff are friendly and really care about their clients. Talked to the owners - really nice people! A great value! Give them a try!

Amazing burgers and fries. Best burger around as far as I'm concerned. Home made sauces sweeten the deal. Prices are good too.

1st time there. Very spacious. Had the carolina burger and it was awesome. Lots of flavor. Definitely will be back. The owner came out and talk to us and we even talked about some suggestions on some new items and they filled us in on some new up and coming items. Sorry no pictured I was too hungry gobbled it up

Calling their service "very poor" would be a vast understatement. It was a weekday lunch break and I arrived at 11:40. There was maybe 15 other guests in the restaurant at the time. My table ordered drinks and our burgers and thus began the wait. The drinks came out in a reasonable amount of time. The food, however wasn't delivered until 13:10. The burger was ordered medium rare, and it was clearly well done. I ordered french fries and I received tater tots. Then when I went to pay, the waitress then added items to my ticket and refused to take them off, stating she didn't know how.If I could rate this restaurant 0 stars, I would quickly change my rating in a heartbeat.

Food and beer is so good together, everything was amazing and tasted great. My medium well burger was well done but that’s okay. Staff was super friendly! The only reason I gave a one star less is that there are no changing tables in the bathroom so had to change my baby in my car. I would 100% come back for the food and staff. I’m thinking about coming back today if I can convince my husband.

Went to Rustic Burger for the first time. Very friendly staff, clean relaxed atmosphere and a good burger. Food came out quickly and was hot and delicious. Tots were crispy and the Quesadilla burger was cleverly set inside a tortilla. It has a nice bit of spice.They have GF buns and many Gluten Free options. They cater to Allergies very well. I was informed by the owner that when an allergy order comes in they assign it to just one chef who is with it from start to finish to avoid all contamination. Very friendly.They also have the impossible burger. So anyone who is vegetarian can still come and enjoy a great burger.Overall highly recommend.

If you love a wide variety of real burgers, this is a great place. I had the caso burger and my husband had the monster burger. It's a restaurant that serves burgers and sides, not fast food. Clean, nice atmosphere and run younger people who were friendly and efficient. I'm definitely going back! Best burger around and they give military discounts.

We loved the other Rustic Burger location, so we figured we would give this one a try since it was closer, but we were unfortunately disappointed. Fries are soggy and it seems as if they had been sitting there a while. Both of our burgers only had a piece of lettuce on them. No other toppings that we had asked for. Not worth it for the price. If we go back to Rustic Burger, it will not be this location.

Amazing restaurant, clean, customer service was great they were so careful handling the food and attending to our needs. Really homey place, beautiful decor, and even more tasteful food. Everything seasoned well but not too much. Really well trained staff. I will definitely come back again and bring friends. I’m a cook so I don’t tend to eat out but this restaurant really impressed me 10/10 would recommend

Yall this Is my favorite dessert!!! Soooo delicious. The monster burger is amazing lots of flavor. They also added a MOTHER CLUCKER to the menu and all I can say is yummmmmm. The staff are super friendly and polite. The owners are amazing and very sweet they come to make sure everything is to your liking and if it’s not they fix it right away! You will leave happy and fulfilled here!

Upon first entering Rustic Burger I was genuinely surprised how open and big the restaurant was. Amanda, our server, was very friendly and accommodating during our meal. I ordered the Onion Burger, while my friend ordered the Bacon Burger. It was cooked properly and was steaming hot when served. I loved how juicy it was. There wasn’t any grease issues either. The sweet potatoes were also delicious. There was a sweet sauce of some kind drizzled on them. The atmosphere was very relaxed. I would like to thank the cook, Caleb, who made our food! I was a little cold in the restaurant but I was not wearing long jeans or long sleeves. This place allows you to enjoy great food and get out of the heat of summer. I also loved how you are now able to pay using your phone by scanning a QR code on the receipt. 10/10 would recommend!
