The customer service was wonderful. Jaquahn processed my order. I found his name on my receipt. He has such great customer service skills and very courteous. My food was fresh and delicious. It also came out so fast.
Love the mozzarella sticks.

Waited at the drive thru for 8 minutes no response pulled up and ask employee that was outside talking to another customer inquired why no response at the drive thru employee said several employees called out and she is waiting on 6 cars by herself. There was no reason for the attitude towards me, I am a customer and my time is just important as your paid employee. With that attitude I can see why employees call out. By the way she gave me wrong number that was posted on the door. As the owner should you not come and assist with the problem of no employees or just close down . Your employee ranting and raving with customers how no one is there to work does not solve anything. Besides her being nasty towards me a paying customer shows me my money should go to another fast food restraunt . Sonic has decent food but as proven minutes ago lousy customer service. Shame on you.
Ordered a small blast and waited over 40 minutes before I pushed the button asking where it was, she brought it out instantly and was completely melted obviously was made a while ago but they didn’t bring it out
Person on the drive thru was talking and laughing with someone else instead of listening to our order so our order was wrong. Very unprofessional
The employees were very helpful. Service was quick and there were no issues with the order.

Ordered our food at 2:26. At 2:55, I went to the window to get my money back. It doesn’t take that long to make 2 Smash Burgers & 2 Slushes. First & LAST TIME VISITING HERE!!!!!

I recently took my aunt to Sonic and ordered her a double hamburger meal through the app. At first, the order came out incorrectly with a Smashburger that contained groovy sauce—something she couldn’t eat due to her dietary restrictions. The server, who I later learned was deaf, kindly took the order back to be corrected. When the second attempt included cheese, which my aunt also couldn’t eat, I brought it back to the door.
At this point, the manager personally stepped in and not only acknowledged the mix-up but went above and beyond to ensure my aunt’s meal was right. She personally handled the food, separated everything, and made sure it was hot and ready—knowing my aunt would be assembling it in the car.
This level of care and attention to detail meant so much to us! Thank you, Sonic, for your kindness and dedication to customer satisfaction! We will definitely be back!

Workers can not read..every time I go I ask for mustard only!! Never happens..food looks & tastes nasty..WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!
Ordered through doordash today, we ordered 3 burgers, mozzarella sticks with marinara, a strawberry milkshake, and ocean water. When food arrived we were given 2 burgers, one correct drink, and just mozzarella sticks. My burger didn’t show up. And my boyfriend’s strawberry shake was a Peanut butter shake in which he is ALLERGIC to peanuts. Thank god i smelled it before he tried to drink it. Will never get Sonic again, and if you’re reading this review, i wouldn’t do it.
