Had a birthday party at Sonic. Horrible customer service. Very rude lady. They were giving us free refills. I went to the building and the lady that approached me was real rude and said no refills. Tried to explained to her the we were having a birthday party. She did not want to hear it and told me to leave the building and order my coke through the kiosk. Never plan on coming back to this place as long as Brittany the shift leader is here.

Went there for a quick stop before a job and the waitress we had, I regretfully didn't get her name but she was super sweet, she came out with high energy, especially for the type of cold, wet morning we had. The feel of the place was just a bit low feeling but to be expected for the foggy morning

I drove 30 minutes, and my drink didn't melt once. The food alone has our me in what can only be described as a flow state. The onion rings are still delicious and crunchy, even though they say in the bag for 30 minutes. Everything was hot and fresh. The service was simply amazing. My dining experience can only be described by an exponential graph. Nothing short of wonderful

They were super busy. Got the smash burger and there was really nothing wrong with it but just not for me. Didn't get Napkins, Ketsup or straws with our order. Would still return. Staff stayed patient with the huge order ahead of us with lots of substitutions. Hats off to them!

When you ask for no onions and still receive your food with grilled onions thankfully I had my pen but can't eat due to allergy, and dont want to cause a scene or ask for a remake after the service we got and waiting 20 minutes for our food,it really ruins the visit.
July 2018 Huge menu, tons of deals and coupons. I love happy hour for drinks. Staff is friendly and pretty quick to get you your order. They dont hold back the chocolate syrup to make chocolate mill shakes. Alot of sonics are stingy with the chocolate syrup, not this one. Staff is very informative with the awesome special deals through out the week.
August 3, 2025 Ordering 2 slushes shouldn't take 20 minutes to bring to my vehicle. There are 7 workers here. And its not super busy. Having only 1 person delivering orders to vehicles is ridiculous!

DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION. I ordered through the app and I had to wait 15minutes just to get my order. They didn’t give my lemonade and my milkshake was nasty! Worse than spoiled milk. It smelled like puke. Really nasty. Health department should inspect this place. I will never go back to this place. Employees are rude too

A bunch of teenagers playing around on their phones loud music, waited on the drive thru for over 45 minutes to get cold food and a hot Route 44 ocean water I was getting fed up about hearing about their plans and who was dating who they are just as bad as the McDonald's in spring lake slow service horrible attitudes the only thing on point was the cleanness of the building
