I recently took my aunt to Sonic and ordered her a double hamburger meal through the app. At first, the order came out incorrectly with a Smashburger that contained groovy sauce—something she couldn’t eat due to her dietary restrictions. The server, who I later learned was deaf, kindly took the order back to be corrected. When the second attempt included cheese, which my aunt also couldn’t...

Staff is friendly, but the wait is absolutely outrageous. Waited for 45 minutes for a burger, and then when they forgot the ketchup we waited an additional 15 minutes. Returned to get a drink thinking it was just a one time thing, waited for 15 minutes for someone to take my order and left without food. Not exactly fast food
