I got chocolate chips cookies one time, the atmosphere felt off that day as well as the next couple of times I came in. Whether it was intentional or not, there was way too much sugar in the cookies. I couldn't even finish them and despite that for the next few weeks I had uncontrollable sleep issues. You'd think the couple of bites I took gave me diabetes. I don't know who's responsible, but whoever is putting that much sugar in the cookies needs to be held accountable. Very dangerous health hazard.

Visited 12/30. To the lady who was fixing the sandwiches in 1230-100pm hour, when someone ask for a #10 which was a Subway Club that includes BACON, COOK THE BACON FIRST BEFORE PLACING IT IN THE SUB. You know you are giving people RAW bacon, right….Geez😣! Also too many flies. Won’t ever go there again.

I ordered an all American club meal with extra bacon added and it was too be toasted!!, my sandwich was horrible and wasn’t toasted, no bacon was added, and I didn’t get my drink, I called up too subway about my order, the guy that answered the phone said well we were busy and hang up the phone on me , $21 down the drain I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

I placed an online order last night for 5:20 pm. Paid for and all when I got there, there was an employee standing outside telling customers they were out of bread. I then asked how to go about getting a refund, he then stated he doesn't know how to do that. Don't understand why if knew you didn't have bread why didn't you call the customers letting them know

Apparently “corporate” tells them to refuse service for food TWENTY minutes before they close. It’s 9:40 and y’all say you close at 10. Put online that you guys close at 9:40 if you guys are gonna do that. Unless you’re lying of course!
FLIES FLYING IN THE FOOD! I asked the employee can he get fresh lettuce he act like didn’t even know where the lettuce was! Disgusting! Hire ppl that are clean please. This place has went downhill. Yuck! Not clean at all. Vegetables wilted and brown! The young man with the tattoos pretty sure he was high. Do not eat here! It is disgusting.The service was terrible.

Subway spring lake anderson creek store is awful! The place is a mess with Flys and knats flying everywhere. There are 2 young boys working and it doesn't look like they have lifted a finger to clean up. The bread is under baked and all the meats look terrible. Before I even left the store both boys propped the back door wide open to smoke. No wonder there is bugs everywhere.

Was ordering food based on the 3 footlongs for $20 deal advertised. When checkout time came we were told we couldn't use the deal for one of the main menu item sandwiches (a #12) because it was considered a specialty. It's a main menu item and the deal doesn't list any exclusions like that. Only reason I ordered the footlong was because of the deal.
