i ordered the subway club for pickup and the order was done quickly. they packed a good amount of protein and fulfilled my requests. the staff was friendly and i would order from here again.

This place is terrible . I was in there yesterday which was June and there were only one employee and he was working so hard to get orders out . He was focused on online orders and had about ten of those . I had an online order myself and waited an hour or more for that . I watched people come in and leave due to him having to first work on the mobile orders . I also watched him tell people he was running behind and had no help at all and he called for help but the entire time I was there no one came in . I don’t live far from this subway but it’s terrible I would rather travel to the subway in Springlake to get my sub from now on . This manager needs to do better and always have at least two people there because the area was so nasty with him not being able to clean . The young man was so nice just very overwhelmed with everything and I felt so bad for him . If I hadn’t paid already I would have left . I will not be going back to this subway again . Do better !!!!

worst food i have ever ordered anywhere. i have never had a subway sandwich this bad. they gave me the wrong bread and didnt tell me they were out. i asked for mustard mayonaise oil and vinegar and it doesn't seem like they added any of fhe sauces. just pepperoni , onions, and tomato between dry wheat bread. didnt even put lettuce in it like i ordered. also asked for it toasted and didnt get that either. also felt really sick after 2 bites. i want my money back 😁

I received the wrong order not once but twice tonight! The second time the food came the one sub we ordered was a roast beef FOOTLONG and it had just 4 small pieces of roast beef with no cheese when it was supposed to come with pepper jack…smh almost a $50 order messed up.

To whomever the franchise owner is of this location, you need to do better at making sure your store is properly stocked. If your store is out of half of its products and still operating selling full price items with substitutions, just close the location. You are ripping off customers

The poor girl working February 13. Was stuck all alone and working super hard to satisfy everyone and fix orders accordingly. NON OF THIS IS ABOUT HER. However, it is after school hours. I place mobile pickup. Waited to come pick up about 10 mins. There is a line. People sitting. Mobile orders waiting. People getting irritated waiting. I was fine personally. The wait was irritating only because she had people in her face and she didn’t get around to mobiles. So ended up sitting for a long time staying patient. She was super sweet and respectful. I hope she is paid well and appreciated for the hard work and rude customers she encounters. For Subway what a shame to do this and overload and overwhelm their only worker!
