I had one of my Favorites again, The Outlaw; and it was filling! Ordered in the app, and it was just as I requested. I have noticed that different locations, fix sandwiches totally different!! Subways under different ownerships, are very reserved with the meat and vegetables; so I limit my locations to stores that APPRECIATE Their Customers!!! When I taste more bread than meat, that's a problem! When I add veggies, and it seems that I'm treated like I'm asking for too much; that too is a problem!! CHOOSE Your locations, wisely!!

I just stopped there in the drive-thru and the lady who took my order was super sweet. Although, she asked if I wanted to leave a tip which I found quite odd because I’ve never been asked that before at Subways. Anyway, I was in a good mood so I said yes take $2 (I paid with card by the way). After she gave me my order and card back I asked for the receipt. She said yes and to give her a second so she can get it. It took her about 2 minutes to come back to the window. When she came back she said to give her some more time because they ran out of paper and they need to put a new paper roll in. I said fine. After another 2 minutes she came back to the window, handed me my receipt then left m. The receipt was all wrinkled. I looked at it and saw that she actually took $5 for tip. I will never come here again and do not recommend. They are scamming people for tips which is absurd. I will report this establishment.

Not the most well kept establishment. Customer service and management needs a lot of improvements. Veggies did not appear fresh, and dressing were left out causing them to be warm. Multiple strands of long hair found in my meal, and when addressed the employee with the matching color of hair who was not wearing a hat or the proper hairstyle when working with food was awfully rude.

Trash service, trash drive through, slow, speaker don't work, u pull up to the windows and they let u sit there for more than 30 mins without taking ur order. Worried they didn't see us? One of em made eye contact and still didn't come over.

Drive thru is broke. Pull to window to order AND wait for sandwich. So after ordering, paying and getting sandwich at the window the next customer can give their order. Crazy slow today.

This location just needs to go ahead and close down for a little while and redo everything. Bring in New management, new staff, and remodel inside and outside. The management obviously doesn’t care enough to fix the issues, so service is always going to go down hill until that is fixed. Will not be coming back here until a major change happens

There’s like 5 employees in the front line and we’ve been waiting for 20+ minutes for our food. They’re just wasting their labor whoever is managing this store needs to do a better job.

waited at the drive-through for about 15 to 20 minutes then when I got my sandwich, it was cold. It took him another 10 to 15 minutes to reheat it absolutely unacceptable and horrible service

Literally sitting in the parking lot at 8:45PM. They “close” at 9:00PM. Doors are locked and the worker is just standing behind the counter lol. What a joke.

The sink was flooded so you couldn’t wash your hands & there was pee all over the floor. There was lump of tuna salad in the cheese bin & so much sliced meat on the medians between containers along the canteen. I skipped my usual spinach because it was so wilted and with the cross contamination I didn’t trust it. The staff was polite but not keeping up with sanitation the bathroom was gross. How are the employees washing their hands in a sink flooded with dirty water? I found this out after I ate, this is a health hazard.
