This subway has a problem getting orders correct. I ordered a tuna and got cold meatball. I live over 10 miles from this location. Tried to call them and dam phone number is working, All screwed up. They lost this customer. Attention to detail is very important in customer service, guess their employees need some traing on listening skills.

I went to this location so many times I can’t even count it. Unfortunately my last two visits were very negative and concerning. When I come here, I drop in after work on my way home at around 6 PM during the week which I won’t be doing anymore moving forward. The employees there that work here during the week are horrible. Not friendly at all, they don’t look at you, they just seem like they are just there to collect a quick paycheck and don’t care about doing their job right. I had a girl make my sub and she had the headset on to take drive thru orders. One of them pulled up while she made my sub and she touched the headset with the gloves she made my sub with. She even flipped her hair back with the gloves on and proceeded to make my sub without changing her gloves. Yesterday I came in again and one of the employees was laying in the booth probably on break and looking up at me and welcoming me to Subway. A guy was in front of me ordering his sub and leaving a tip for her (which I don’t understand why he would) and he asked for a tip jar. He couldn’t find it so he just left it at the counter next to the register. Once she put my sub in the oven I walked over to the topping station and noticed her walking over to grab the $2 he left her and put it in her jeans back pocket with the gloves on she made my sub with and then of course continued making my sub without changing her gloves. They just don’t think about changing gloves or don’t care. Again, young high school kids not caring about anything but collecting a quick paycheck. I did however have a great experience on a Saturday I came in with my boyfriend and the lady that worked there was very friendly, she looked at us when she talked, she was smiling and she seemed like she enjoys her job. That’s how it should be when you work in customer service, especially face to face! I wish I remember her name and the names of the other two employees. Unfortunately one great experience out of so many okay or the two bad experiences don’t deserve more than just one star. Anyway, from now on I will drive that extra mile or so to Walmart and go to that Subway.

1st time to the location was March 15, 2019. Went through the drive thru being the ONLY customer in line and nobody in the store because it was late and only the drive thru was opened. Put my order in despite being told the toaster was down, pulled up to the window and wait for 5 minutes before somebody came to the window to accept payment. I waited for another 10 minutes to receive 2 sandwiches that I ordered. Server came out, handed the food to me without saying a word then stormed off. Not sure if this is the norm but that is unacceptable. No apologies, nothing!!Served by: 605 3/15/2019 9:24:46pm.

Needs better customer service the workers are always rude in the afternoon. Cameron Subways are always so nice. They probably need to get trained by them.

Guy that works there don't know his name staring at at me like there was a problem did not like the visit needs attitude adjustment it was though the drive tru at 9:39 07-19-19 also order was wrong I'm never going back to that subway again

Worst subway in spring lake. Don't waste your money her. Rude workers that's dont care. Got a meatball sub and had marinate everywhere expect for inside of my sub.

Me and a friend came here after work for some food, the worker was on her phone at the counter and extremely rude to us. On the way out of the door I looked back and she was flipping us both off. Unprofessional and uncalled for. Will never be coming back to this location
