We had a mobile order and they said they weren’t taking orders unless it’s mobile. They gave us our drinks then we waited for our food for 20 minutes until I finally went in and found out it was just sitting there. One of the workers came out and took 3 blinkers on what looked like a weed pen and walking in and out of the store taking selfies. They said they were short staffed but there were two workers on break when i walked in. There were probably about 5 more workers in the kitchen. There’s poor communication between all the workers. Luckily our order wasn’t wrong just sitting there for who knows how long.

Online says opens at 7 am, after placing order online after sitting at the drive thru for over 5 minutes they say they don’t open until 8 am.

So the manager, yeah the older white lady with the green molded teeth wouldn't fix the order that was screwed up, simply just wanted to argue about it and show her trailer park attitude. No concerns with customers satisfaction or dental hygiene.

I placed an online order tonight for my family which was about $41. When I came through the drive thru I was asked to park in the mobile pick up and they would bring it out. I parked and after about 20+ mins of not receiving my good I went inside to check on the status. After waiting a few minutes one of the workers said "Here's that big ass order that came through the drive thru about 30 mins ago." Someone else said to another worker " Here take this big ass order out there cus I'm sure they still waiting." I asked is it for Rob and they said yeah handed it to me and walked away. I definitely don't appreciate their attitude. I had a larger order yes but I also have numerous kids I'm feeding. They really could use some work on customer service

I stopped in for lunch, I was able to get my food fairly quickly. It was what we come to expect from Taco Bell. The food was consistently cooked well. I just didn’t get that happy mouth feeling. The store was clean and the staff was very friendly.
Lady at the drive through was super rude, didn't even buy anything she was so rude. Very unprofessional, someone else can have my money.

Had a online order and they forgot all chalupas it was terrible I called in and let them know what was going on the person that had answered the phone had a nasty attitude for no reason I stay 20 minutes away from that store it was just terrible
