I’ve been to many Waffle Houses and this is by FAR the worst! I didn’t think food could get any worse but it did, “steaks” were nothing but a glob of fat and don’t even get me started on service. I sure didn’t expect a 5 star restaurant but there was only one cook and 1 waitress/host, she pretty much whispered the entire time, seemed annoyed and couldn’t answer any of our questions about the food, she said verbatim “I don’t know, I just work here” I think if you work at an establishment you should at least know what you’re serving.

We had Shelby and she messed up not 1 oder but all 3 of our orders. No one got there extras on the hashbrowns. And one person got the completely wrong meal all together. Will go back but will refuse to have her as our server.

First time going to a Waffle House and quite honestly based on the rumor mill the expectations were somewhat low. But this location was great. The female staff were extremely friendly and welcoming to my family and me. And just as quickly as we sat down we had drinks ready and were able to place our orders. Then, about as fast as we ordered was how quickly we got our breakfast. I watched the cook use clean utensils and take care when handling the food. This definitely was better than an average chain breakfast experience and I look forward for coming back for my next comfort breakfast.

Cant rate the food because I never got it. Online order for 1:06 pick up and arrived at 1:10 to be told that the waffles weren’t ready and would be another 10 min. 30 min later no waffles because they ran out of supplies. The WAFFLE house doesn’t have waffles supplies.
Expensive for a simple breakfast meal, complete with minimal competence from the server.

I arrived at 1010am and waited 10min. and ordered all star special. Recieved half the food after 30min. But a total of 45-50min had passed and still didn't receive the rest of my food. They acted like I was the problem. It doesn't take 3/4 of an hour to receive one order of food. Im generally a soft spoken person. I waited patiently but have never been treated like I wasn't their. Then the chick/ dude with the beard who took the order started giving me an attitude. I think not. FayettevilleNC is trash. Now Spring Lake is just as bad.
I will never come here again.

I haven’t had waffle house in years and decided to try it out tonight. I ordered take out and when going in to pick it up I was greeted by two older ladies and the cook as well. They all asked me if I needed any extra condiments or anything else. Extremely polite employees and the food was delicious! I think the prices could be a little better as it is a little expensive for what you get but overall I am satisfied and will be eating here again!
