We eat here all the time normally at night. Today was the first time I felt like I was bothering the server simply by ordering food. I believe the servers name was Shelby, We had to get our own straws she did not even offer one, she had to be reminded to make some of our food, i had to ask a different server for syrup and butter, she never refilled our drinks, at this point i just gave my ol man my drink so he could finish his food, the floor and other empty tables were left filthy. Never have I been so disappointed in this store.

I know it’s Waffle House and having issues is expected but damn ….. every time I wake up wanting an All Star and come to this specific location the service is terrible ! Twice I have just left after sitting 20 minutes and not even being acknowledged as they walked by multiple times. But still I always try to come back and give them another chance… when I have actually been served the service is terrible. They never check back on you, half the food is missing or undercooked and takes an hour to get the missing items , no refills and just terrible attitudes overall. They act like you re bothering them by even coming in. Every single time I go here it is the same thing. Staff def needs some training in customer service.

Lisa was our server and kept bringing out the wrong items and was a little rude about it, she kept saying we never said we asked for certain things when she was the one who usually offered it. Kodey however was very helpful and kind the entire time and kept checking in on us. His hospitality was amazing!!

The food was good, the lady who served us on the other hand.. left a hair across my plate and then proceeded to spill sprite on my hands and food and say “sorry” while laughing and do nothing about it, grabbed stuff and reached over us the entire time we were there except for when we finished our food and got mad when we didn’t hand her our plates and she had to grab them herself. No need to be rude… her name was Shelby.

The staff, Lisa, Tatyana, and Mia made it easy to add laughter. They continue to engage with all customers equally, respectfully, and professionally.

We had the worse experience of our lives. This lady was extremely rude since the beginning and because my language barrier when I ordered my omelette I mistakenly asked for a “bacon, egg and cheese omelette”. This lady goes on to make fun of me telling the coworkers my mistake out loud and saying “doesn’t that throw you off?”. When the food came to our table me and my husband were so frustrated with the experience and how we were treated that I cried and requested boxes and to speak with the manager. The lady serving us (I believe was the own manager of the store) and after I asked if we had done anything wrong since she appeared okay when talking to the other employees (laughing and joking) but extremely rude when dealing with us started to be loud and saying that she has personal problems. We paid the check and left the establishment.

Today I went with my wife and we were attended by a super nice girl but then she had an emergency and needed more soda. I asked her partner Lisa and it turns out that she told me that not well in a bad way and it is not the first time that she goes out with bad attitudes in the end another kind waitress called Mia went and we finished attending and it was because she called us not because her partner Lisa asked for it because if it were for that lady she would still be there waiting for a soda.
We were seated right away and had coffee in a couple of minutes. Mia was a great waitress and got our orders correct and fast.

I’ve been to many Waffle Houses and this is by FAR the worst! I didn’t think food could get any worse but it did, “steaks” were nothing but a glob of fat and don’t even get me started on service. I sure didn’t expect a 5 star restaurant but there was only one cook and 1 waitress/host, she pretty much whispered the entire time, seemed annoyed and couldn’t answer any of our questions about the food, she said verbatim “I don’t know, I just work here” I think if you work at an establishment you should at least know what you’re serving.
