Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The worst location ever. Rude manager. I waited over an hour for a salad and instead of apologizing..the manager argued me down about where I parked.
I will be reporting her and this facility to the corporation.
Spring Lake ghetto location!

How do you ruin a salad? Well they can do it by drowning it in buffalo sauce. Salads are not meant to be so hot you can't taste a tomato from a onion.
Management did not even care when I complained and threw away my $13 salad. Bathroom did not have any paper towels and none to found in lobby, had to dry them on my shirt. Poor management, avoid this location, they don't deserve our business

Once again a bad experience and they call their boss on their cell phone to argue with a customer IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS WOW DO NOT EVER GO HERE EVER THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN I will be calling and complaining about them and telling corporate to pull their franchise agreement!

All seriousness, Zaxby's is really Canes only competitor. But for this chains standards, this one is better than expected. Mainly because it didn't take 30 minutes to get my food like most Zaxby's.

Still go here. Orders are much better at being correct. IF YOU GET TEA, GET A LITTLE FIRST AND TASTE. THE SWEET TEA HAS BEEN SOAPY FOR SEVERAL WEEKS. FIRST TIME THEY CHANGED IT. 2ND TIME NOTHING. EVEN AN EMPLOYEE TASTED IT & SAID YES IT'S SOAPY! YOUR NOT RINSING YOUR CONTAINER CORRECTLY. 9/19/24
The orders have gotten better and I have stopped at many Zagzbys across the south.
Still having problems. Look how our plates looked when we got them inside! Not acceptable for the cost. A few of the younger employees obviously do not care. For some reason they think you can eat coleslaw with your fingers.

They got my order wrong and when I called in they said I could get it replaced. When I tried to get it replaced I was given the run around by a rude female manager. I recorded the interaction for corporation because this location needs to be closed down. They are rude, they get your order wrong, and then try to blame you for their mess ups. Really sad and pathetic Then was told I wasn't getting it replaced. Very unprofessional and to a regular customer. Not anymore this location are thieves who will mess up your order and steal your money. At that point it is theft of services for not providing the correct order and taking accountability for their mess up. Don't eat here. Go to place where they respect you as a customer cause this place is not it.

Ordered for the first time in a HOT minute through their official app with a card I NEVER use on 8/27. The food was great and the curbside pickup was smooth. Then all of a sudden on 8/31 while I’m at work, someone was able to get into my zaxbys account and order food with that same card I never use in another location in NC. Called the store and the “manager” kept telling me maybe I ordered clothes online (didn’t happen btw) and someone just hacked my card. Wasn’t my card that was hacked, it was my ZAXBYS account. I then heard from multiple people that zaxbys (the employees) is known for giving out peoples account information so I will NEVER be buying from them again because apparently even ordering through their OFFICIAL app isn’t safe. This company should be ashamed of themselves, you’re gunna lose a lot of customers for this isn’t the first case of this happening.

All I can truly say is I hope this location shuts down. It’s unbelievable how many times I’ve gave them another shot just to be disappointed every single time. Every time I visit this location my food is ALWAYS nasty, old, or gives me a stomach ache. I wish I was exaggerating… I visited this location yesterday and all three meals was NOT fresh. They served us old chicken/ cold fries and 1 meal gave my sister a stomach ache. If you see this location just keep driving it’s not with the coins nor stomach pain!!!!!

I loved the frozen lemonade! The seasoned fries with ranch, fried pickles, and cheesecake bites were all very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Casual atmosphere and clean. We came from out of state for a funeral and had a large group and was not a problem. Would recommend.

I ordered the wing meal but the price was more than the food I got.

EDIT: I'm editing this because of the stupid reply I got. It was some cookie cutter boiler plate robotic nonsense that was completely blind to my complaint about overpriced food. They actually thanked me.
