One of my favorite places to eat at. Mainly a chicken fingers/buffalo wings spot, with added extras and sides. Has the best toast around, no doubt. Good spot to eat at for a quick lunch with friends, family, or coworkers. 5/5 ⭐️

That is pictures of the expensive Boss Box. Plus 2 pieces of Texas toast and 2 chocolate chip cookies. It is awful. It is the size of a small fries, small fries bag of cheese bits, and the chicken would fit in a small fries bag too

This summarizes my recent blind trust restaurant review of Zaxby's. My overall rating is four out of five stars.

The restaurant consistently demonstrated friendly and efficient service within a very clean environment. However, I noted some inconsistencies in pricing. On three separate occasions, the price of the same meal varied between $12.00, $13.00, and $15.00. This requires further investigation to ensure pricing accuracy and transparency.

While Zaxby's exhibits a commitment to environmental sustainability by offering straws covered with paper wrapping, I suggest exploring plastic sealed straws, minimize contamination, from moisture

The restaurant's design, while generally positive, limits visibility into the food preparation area. Increased transparency in this regard could further enhance customer trust.

It's important to note that my standard rating scale for blind trust reviews begins at three stars. Therefore, Zaxby's performance surpasses my baseline expectations. My overall assessment reflects both the positive aspects of the dining experience and the areas requiring attention. I believe the identified pricing discrepancies and improved food prep area visibility would considerably enhance the overall blind trust rating.

I don't eat at Zaxby's that often but they now have
a new shrimp menu item so I stopped by.
The shrimp was good; most of the food at
Zaxby's is tasty HOWEVER they are so freakin'
expensive. It was almost $11.00 for about 6-8
shrimp fries drink and a piece of irrelevant
Texas Toast. If you are going to spend over
$10 per person on fast food then I feel it
better to visit a restaurant like Applebees
Chili's or the like that have entrees and
quite frankly you will get more food too.

UPDATE:
Still go here. Orders are much better at being correct. Definitely my favorite fast food place.
The orders have gotten better and I have stopped at many Zagzbys across the south. For some reason they think you can eat coleslaw with your fingers. Lol. But it's ok!
