I visited this place for the first time, the food was very good, homemade Mexican flavor, soft handmade tortillas, and very good and spicy sauce bar.
They serve breakfast all day, and fresh coffee!
We will definitely return!

Parking: Parking is on the edge of the street, you may find a spot near or far from the restaurant.

Not impressed at all! I was ignored several times by the staff. I informed them I was there for my order which showed was ready. They left me waiting saying we have other orders! Get some staff or don’t do online orders

Pretty good tacos. Service can use improvement. I order 4 tacos. 3 were good. The last one maybe a pork one was way too fatty. Not bad for a place in the middle of nowhere. Spruce pine is a mega dungeon.

I’ve been here maybe a dozen times and each time is amazing! Easily the best Mexican / texmex style restaurant in the county. If you go to one restaurant in spruce pine, go here

In the area for work. Stopped by this place for lunch. I got the two barria tacos and two al pastors! They came out looking so nice that I forgot to take a picture! They were so good! The salsa for the chips was also good! Atmosphere is really nice and the place is very clean, even the restroom.

The street tacos were absolutely fantastic. Make sure to at least try One of the Al Pastor - $3.5/$4 a taco very well priced -The Chicken was very fresh and paired well with the pineapple. If I’m in the area again, I will definitely be back. Service was also great.

I have ate here several times and the service has always been good. This evening my family went for supper. The waitress took our order and disappeared. Never came around to ask us if we would like more chips or refill our drinks. Didn't bring the dip out we ordered. When she brought our food we had to ask for refills. The waiter that was waiting the other tables needs to give the waitress a lesson in how to better serve your customers.

Had lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. A few other diners were in the restaurant. Food was tasty, although, it was the hottest salsa verde I have ever had. (And I like spicy food) Drink size was generous.

We stumbled upon BR Taco and happened to see the specials sign out front. They had me at birria tacos! We had an outstanding dining experience. The service was second to none, simply awesome! Now to the food! Scratch made tortillas, scratch made everything on our plates. It was some of the best Mexican I’ve ever had. I could taste the love that was put into our food!❤️

We felt like regulars on our first experience at Blue Ridge Tacos! In fact we will drive 30 miles out of our way to dine again on the way home.

I forgot to mention the churros, please don’t walk out of there without trying them! My goodness, they were divine!

I got the street tacos and they were sooo good. The meat was perfectly moist and delicious. The kids' menu offer just french fries for $3 which was perfect for my toddler and about what I want to spend on a meal my 3 year old barely touched. Great idea. We'll be back for sure next time we're in the area.

A hidden gem in Spruce Pine. If you are looking for excellent Mexican food, then Blue Ridge Tacos is your place. The Birria tacos were superb. They had a special, 4 tacos for $12. The meat was tender and flavorful, and the corn tortillas were hand made. My wife had an Al Pastor and a Shrimp taco and she loved both. The Mexican street corn appetizer was also delicious and we finished off dinner with Fried Ice Cream. The staff was friendly and very attentive. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant whenever you are in the area.
