Great place imo. Couldn't ask for a better cafe for spruce pine. Only complaint i could think of is the radio cuts in and out and can be annoying. But everything else is magic.

A simple cafe, nothing fancy, but the breakfast I had there was exceptionally good. They use paper plates and plastic utensils, so if you are looking for something more upscale, go somewhere else. We were from out of town but noticed a lot of locals coming to eat there. Once we got our food, the reason was clear. It was so good! I would definitely eat there again if I was in the area.

We went in and sat down was brought coffee and we were ignored the rest of the time , the waitresses literally served people who came in after us and didn't even acknowledge that we were still there. We left without eating.

If you are looking for gravy and biscuits. The biscuits are like air. Best ever. They know how to COOK. I would drive 2 hrs just to get those biscuits again. Nice people

The food was ok, just to help future individuals be informed. Was in a hurry placed a to go order for a BLT with egg, and it was $12.00, I guess be aware until egg prices come down.

Very bad breakfast for the price I spent 32 dollars on pancakes with strawberries that looked rotten it was not worth 32 bucks for sure I would not recommend

I have got take out here many times. I’m a creature of habit and get an omelette that only comes with toast for over $7.00 and you have to buy a side extra. I don’t like that. I also get a BLT which doesn’t come with a side either. If you want something you have to purchase the side again for over $2.50. I never get out of there for under $22.00. And that’s with no drink. As far as service it depends on who is working. I have had great service and really bad service there. Isn’t that everywhere?? Their hours are werid. They are not open on Sundays. And on Saturdays they close at 1:00. And during the week I believe it is 4:00. Not open on Mondays. Definitely always closed Sunday and Monday. Don’t plan on eating there unless you no for a fact it is open. They change their hours based on how much business they have. I know because I have tried to get food there and they were closed. But the CVS in the same area does the same thing as does the McDonald’s. They are all in the same parking lot. But you have to remember this is a family owned business and they try their hardest and this is the mountains where things are different. City rules do not apply here.

Parking: Next to an old grocery store. The building only has certain events so it is empty almost all the time.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in. Handicap parking in front.

I would not visit Spruce Pine without planning to eat lunch here. Love those hamburgers with chili and coleslaw instead of lettuce and tomato. There is nothing like it! Super nice cafe in the corner of shopping center.
