El Ranchero is hands down the best, authentic Mexican restaurant in the area. From the service, to delicious margaritas without all the pre-made sugar nonsense to the most amazing food. It sails above any other in Mitchell/Yancey county. If you are searching to tantalise your tastebuds…you must check this place out. To top it off, you’ll be delightfully surprised with your bill. It’s absolutely fair pricing!
