Horrible. We ordered online to avoid errors. Unfortunately even having a print out of the order we were missing items when we got home. In addition to missing items the chicken (8piece bucket original recipe) was just gross. The “original recipe” was crispy and dry, like it has sat under a heat lamp then been refried. The mashed potatoes had lumps of dry stuff.

Got my parents both chicken meal and tenders for myself. After waiting forever in line this was absolutely the worst chicken ever. Not only did it taste bad it was dried out like jerky. At one time this was great location not sure what is going on.
This place is a joke!! They are getting everyone's order wrong! Customers standing here waiting on their order. Then they bring it back up to the counter because it's wrong! We're door dashers and are being totally disregarded! The people we deliver to are also KFC customers. Why would they continue taking everyone's order coming in AFTER us! This causes us as dashers to get poor ratings, when it's the RESTAURANT'S fault, not ours!! This place needs to be managed by someone who gives a damn!! Pitiful ??

5th time being through the line here. The Taco Bell side doesn't seem to be too bad. Orders always right and tastes good. The KFC side is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE though!! 4 of my 5 visits, I've asked for original recipe chicken and I either get dried out extra crispy chicken, or shriveled-up looking and really dried out original that is nearly impossible to eat. There is never any moisture in the yard bird, meaning it's likely never freshly fried. The chicken is SO DRY you have to have a drink each time you take a bite to even chew and swallow a bite.... And it is always the same for me, every single time I've visited over the past 6 months! Ive always gone by the "rule of three visits" with restaurant's, but this has been consistently bad supper, over and over again in the same way!! Yard Bird Team - Please try to consider that there are a lot of construction folks working away from home, and your home cooking at KFC is the closest they may be able to eat, if they cant find a place to cook themselves...Dont forget these heroes, while they are here improving and building upon your infrastructure to improve your community! Please take a minute to check the food, serve it fresh, the way you would want yours....it's hard enough to earn the money....don't let it be a waste! Throw away KFCs old chicken after its been on the shelf too long!! Let KFC PAY FOR IT, THEY ARE FILTHY RICH! They don't care that you saved them an old chicken leg by feeding it to me! Throw it away and put on some fresh yard bird for the folks coming to see yall and spend money!!☺️ Pretty Please!
