The girl parked us said it would be 30 minutes for chicken tenders and we waited 20 minutes and then she came out and said that she wasn't even waiting for tenders it was filets and my tenders were old and the chicken lovers were burnt that place is a joke!!

The mash potato and gravy is always rotten please stop selling people spoiled mashed potato and gravy today was my 3rd time buying mashed potatoes and gravy from this very same kfc Again it’s rotten 😫. Please check it before you sell it to people.even in the container you could tell it was packaged a lot time ago

Horrible. We ordered online to avoid errors. Unfortunately even having a print out of the order we were missing items when we got home. In addition to missing items the chicken (8piece bucket original recipe) was just gross. The “original recipe” was crispy and dry, like it has sat under a heat lamp then been refried. The mashed potatoes had lumps of dry stuff.

Got my parents both chicken meal and tenders for myself. After waiting forever in line this was absolutely the worst chicken ever. Not only did it taste bad it was dried out like jerky. At one time this was great location not sure what is going on.
