⭐ 1 Star – Absolutely Ridiculous Experience
Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. I ordered two caramel-flavored coffees and told the employee to just pick whatever caramel coffee they recommended with extra cream and sugar. She said, “I’ll hook you right up,” then charged me $10.01 for two coffees.
After paying, I was told to pull into spot #1. I sat there 15 minutes while the drive-thru cleared out. When I asked where my order was, I was told the machine was in a 15-minute cleaning cycle and they couldn’t make my coffee.
So I asked for a refund.
After waiting even longer, someone brought me $7 and some change and said that’s all they could give me. I explained I paid $10.01, not $7. A manager came out and said there were two managers on duty and they “can’t refund that amount.”
So let me get this straight: They charged me $10.01, never gave me my coffee, and then told me they can’t give me my full money back?
I waited over 30 minutes, had no coffee, and still didn’t get my full refund. If a customer walked in and took $10 worth of product, police would be called—but somehow it’s fine when the business keeps your money and gives you nothing.
Unacceptable service, poor management, and zero accountability. I will not be back.

Absolutely terrible location go to any other if you can!, the service here is horrible rude people bad attitudes and poor customer service waited for 30 minutes today for part of my mobile order we watched everyone get there food and drinks while we were ignored by staff and when we gave up and pulled back around to ask for the simple coffee it had been sitting on the counter ice a bit melted from sitting so long!

Do not expect any service if you go inside. Just stood 10 min at the counter waiting for service, workers saw us and still no service. Taking the grandkids to McDonald's in Burnsville for a happy meal.

The lady taking orders wasn't friendly at all. I know they get busy but there is absolutely no reason for her to be as rude as she was. She was short with me but I overheard the way she spoke to another customer. I don't know how they have anyone eating there. After you pay, you are directed to pull into a parking spot to wait. I wasn't the only car pulled over. I don't mind waiting some for fast food but they need friendlier employees.
Seem to have trouble getting orders right. You can tell they need employees.

Changing my review. I ate here and got sick after, but in hindsight I believe I had a reaction to something else. it wasn’t food poisoning and felt fine pretty quickly.
It’s a McDonald’s. I don’t eat fast food so I can’t say if it’s good. But It’s clean and nice inside.
