Went through the drive thru around 2:40pm. I don't know who was working the back window but they need some disciplinary action taken. She had a really bad attitude, was very rude, and rushed us through ordering our food. I WILL NOT COME BACK THROUGH!!!!!

Edit: Had to go back. Different manager had a racist tirade against a customer while another customer had her order made wrong 3 times then was told to just make the burgers at home. This location is a joke.

Food was cold and I had to tell the guy that took my order 3 times it was to go and he handled the French fries with no gloves to put in a bag, I just thu it all a way, I don't know where his hands have been with all the sickness that's going around I will not go back there!!!!

Stopped today and ordered two mcchickens, get to the window to pay and the guy was like it’s $12.84 and I was nice and said I ordered two mcckickens. The guy looked at me and said “I can’t find it” so I ask him politely do I need to pull up or go back around and he looked at me and said “it’s not my damn problem” so I responded back excuse me? Don’t cuss me for one when I have not been rude to you!! And he states “I don’t fn care” so I pulled up to the next window and lost my crap to the manager, said I didn’t want the food because I was so mad. I DO NOT recommend eating there. There was no need for him to act like that!!

Worst experience ever. Bar none!! Spruce pine nc...needs to be condemned. Got terrible service, waited forty minutes for just the sandwichs,no cups for drinks, when we got cups...there was no ice in dispenser, sandwichs were all terrible. Made wrong,dry and over cooked, waited another twenty minutes (no exaggerating) for fries. The mcflurries were milk with cookies crushed in it. Not frozen. No employees to be seen. Kiosk only. Rude employee when I went and found one... employee (out of uniform) came out and screamed very loudly at a child((her child) for being outside in the parking lot playing instead of just sitting there in the lobby. Horrible experience all the way around.
