This location is the only fast food restaurant in our small town so they stay very busy, but I must say the young people they have working the drive thru windows are always very polite and respectful and quick to make your order correct in the event of a mishap. I think it would be nice if all staff had name tags so we could have a more personalized experience and let the managers know about our experience with their team members. Love the new smoky quarter pounder blt but after ONE they were no longer available.
I started ordering on the app, hoping it would help them get my order right. I figured when I customized it would be right there in front of them to read. And yet they continue to screw up my order and leave items off. $20/hour and are unable to do their job.
