Kept me on hold for 52 minutes and then told me that it's to late for delivery. I will be calling them in the morning when they open up and tell the manager just how sorry the evening shift is. And when I asked to speak to the night manager they would hang up on me

Salad was fresh. We bought one salad bar, two orders of 8 piece boneless wings and an order of bread sticks and one drink and the bill was less than 30 dollars! Food was excellent, service great!

The food is always good that I get here. I pass by here often and use the drive thru. That’s why I gave the atmosphere a 3. I am not qualified to answer atmosphere because of the 12+ meals I haven’t gone in. They have all been take out. I go online on the way home and order. But the service has always been great. With a minimal wait. It has never been a wait at the drive thru even with a long line of cars. The following is just my opinion.i hope it’s okay with vegetarians.i have lived with one for a long time!! All my life! I changed my review number from a four to a five. I received a very nice email from the owner for giving them a 4 on my review. I give most places a 4 because you have to be a stand out to me and go beyond on something. I felt like this was going beyond so I changed it to a 5. I also noticed their outside sign says they have a huge salad bar. *** My husband went online and ordered a pizza and wings for under $20.00 and I picked it up on the way from out of town. It was delicious. Pizza was chicken, green onions, and regular onions. I never thought I would like a pizza like this but it really is wonderful. So I got some pictures of the drive thru and inside for everyone to see.

Vegetarian options: Get what you want on your pizza. My relative is a vegetarian and she could get a personal pizza with exactly whatever (disgusting) things she wanted on it. That way NO MEAT would touch her food. Vegetarians are sometimes very sensitive about their food.I have personally lived with one for a very long time.That’s why I made the disgusting crack.I hope it didn’t offend anyone but some of the things a true vegetarian eats!! That’s all I can say. I think this place would be perfect for a vegetarian

Parking: Free standing building in big parking lot. Plenty of parking in front of restaurant.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in and out. Ramp directly in front of door.

If I could give them no stars I would. I have ran stores before you do not close early whatever time you say you close that's what time you close not twenty or even ten minutes early bad management and lazy staff.

Great food , but drinks weren't severed for over an hour. I understand being short staffed ,but the people who were here before us didn't even get their order taken until after us. Do NOT recommend!

I would say as a forewarning. Inside is slow service with a 50/50 chance of the staff getting your order correct. My bf & I arrived at approx 8pm to 810 pm. The waitress said to sit on the left side of the restaurant bc chairs were up the other side already besides a table that was already there. So at 810pm chairs were already up! And not to mention every booth on the left where they suggested we sit was dirty!! Geez, that was just the start. But not get lengthy here. Just say we waited over an hour for our order which we were missing a pizza that the waitress verified she did not put that one in. * Who knows what happened. The kitchen oven area had 10 pizzas hanging outta the oven waiting to be cut & boxed. We ended up taking our food to go bc by this time Ingles grocery was soon to close at 10 & we had to make it. So we were out & paid by 9:30 *even though the service & restaurant was NOT GOOD at all. Will not be returning there, I would advise order delivery or drive thru. Salad bar was old lettuce & a Mess as well. Bathroom had black olives on the floor as you can see in pics. How this restaurant indoors area is open is beyond me....oh well. Hopefully the owner goes in & changes this place for the better. Maybe start with Re training staff or hire more help who can handle the job descriptions. If you eat inside plan to wait over an hour for your meal, than may be wrong order! By the way, was only 2 of us!!

I will tell you this right now. NEVER IN MY WHOLE LIFE, have I EVER felt so bad and so embarrassed for someone in the service industry, as I was tonight. One of the girls, whom has been with this store for many, MANY, years, and I won’t say her name because I REFUSE TO PUBLICLY, embarrass her, like the bald, short, heavy set man in glasses, did tonight. But she’s worked her way from a young server years ago in the original restaurant, up to management. EARNED IT. Got it LONG AFTER DUE.
My family and I have ate at Spruce Pine Pizza Hut as long as I can remember. We used to take our kids there when they were little, and now take our grandchildren there. We were there a few Friday nights ago, service was less than satisfactory with the girl in the mask. It was a sad, sob story about her life. You could tell she was “fishing for tips”. But the food was great. The young man, Dallas, who I now know is no longer the store manager, was friendly to us as we both were leaving at the same time. We decided to come back again tonight, and the young woman, who is a manager, was cutting Pizzas, and pretty busy doing that, when that man came in. HE YELLED AT HER, GO TO THE BACK!!! She in which replied, what did I do??? We could hear almost every part of the conversation from the dining room. But I will tell you RIGHT NOW, hearing that man call her DUMB, is NOT OKAY! I don’t care if he’s from corporate, or another store, or what, that man had NO RIGHT, saying she was acting dumb and talking to her the way he did. It took everything in me not to confront him then and there. My husband said to just stand down, and listen. If it got bad enough then we’d step in as (loyal, seasoned) customers. After hearing him YELL AT HER, from the back part of the store, and seeing how upset she was, seeing her trying her best to hold it together, putting on a fake smile and STILL treating her customers like she has ALWAYS DONE, I have nothing but utmost respect!! She was told she was dumb by this man, and went right back to work, a fake smile on her face. This young lady has waited on my family since she was probably 17-18. Saw my kids grow up, and now my grandchildren. For corporate to treat their employees like this, well, it’s sickening. We WILL not be back to Pizza Hut again. And have informed our family, as well as our church too. We do a lot of business with this store between family, church and my husband and I’s plant jobs. We loved the Christian atmosphere when certain people work, loved that we are always taken care of. But No longer will this happen. I think more people, the community, really needs to know how these hard workers, the same ones who we see and have for many years, are being treated. Burnsville/Marion Pizza Huts both are HORRIBLE management, food, and service. Have been for several years now. Pizza hut needs to get it together. I’m not sure what’s changed the past few weeks, but this type of behavior, is unacceptable. For you to treat your FAITHFUL EMPLOYEES, of MANY YEARS LIKE THIS, it’s disgusting. I asked her as we were leaving if she was okay, and you could tell she WAS NOT. You could tell she was holding back tears. But she still, with that beautiful smile and wonderful customer service she’s always had, said she was fine and hoped we enjoyed everything and have a blessed and great 4th weekend.

Now after talking to some friends about this, I learned their manager got fired. So I’m guessing the bald, heavy set man was the new manager? NOT OKAY. You will lose all your good employees and hard workers under a “man” like that. “Sweet Gem”, if you see this, just know, we won’t be back after how we saw you being talked to. And if you decide to move on to another restaurant, like your sister did, please let us know. Part of our experience is the happy friendly service we always got from you. Being made family. Either way, I wish and hope the best for you.
You, corporate, SHOULD BE ASHAMED allowing people like that, treat and talk to your employees the way he did, her. THAT MAN SHOULD LOSE HIS JO

I just got a pepperoni pizza that was NOT made fresh for me. I don't know how long it was sitting around, but it was cold and the crust was stale.
There is no excuse for this kind of treatment. Way to go Hut!
