If it was possible to give negative Stars I would give them I've been sitting in line for 45 minutes for a pizza that I ordered 30 minutes ago the line does not Advance because orders that are in the front that aren't ready they just sit there and sit there and sit there instead of letting orders that are not ready to go through and clear the cue for orders that may be ready at this point I could have baked the damn pizza myself

After last night I'll never order from Pizza Hut again placed order online I tried 3 times get someone on phone find out what happen my order keep getting transferred back to call center never got my order till hour and 30 mins later by a door dash driver food was cold and someone took bite out of the chesse sticks and 2 pices pizza where gone spent 30 dollars on food and had throw it away there was no way was eating it

The manager for this location should be fired. I was present and my order was ready, but I had to wait for employees to put those two together. If you can't figure out a system that rapidly connects those two points, you have no business being in charge.

The store messes up orders and either does not have drivers or is closed during normal business hours. They do not call if there is a problem and have left me waiting on my food until I call them about it. By then my food is either cold and or inedible.

If you're drive through only, say you're drive through only. I showed up on Saturday at the time it said my food would be done. Waited 20 mins because you let a guy order 3 pizzas, then wait in front of us. My pizza was cold and your employees working at the time literally stared at me for 20 mins while my order was getting cold on the shelf because they were taking care of the guy in front of me. I showed up on time for my online order. You suck and its no wonder you're a failing brand. No concept of customer service.

Ordered a medium thin crust supreme 18.79 feed it to the dog I've been 2days trying to speak to someone it's just a shame that some places don't care what they send out Was the worst pizza I have ever seen or tasted NEVER AGAIN and not being able to actually speak to someone at the actual place of business is nuts

Excellent experience. My husband and I went into Pizza Hut in Spruce Pine, NC on Sunday afternoon. There was only one waitress and she was very friendly from the start. Her name was Amber. She was multitasking several different jobs all at once while keeping a positive professional friendly approach towards everyone. Pizza was delicious and it didn't take as long as we expected.
