We came in around 5pm today for the final day of the fall drink BOGO and ordered two Carmel ribbon crunch Frappuccino’s. I was told by the cashier and lead on duty that they were not a participating location despite the app pulling up that location as a participating store. What we got was two watered down Carmel Frappuccino’s with expired frap roast and no toppings. I’d avoid this spot altogether it took over 20 minutes to order and get our drinks with four girls working and no customers waiting in front of us. This was our second time giving this spot a try and unfortunately they are not knowledgeable enough on the drinks, recipes or promotions.

This starbucks is inside of ingles but I love it, everyone that works here has been great. I have always got exactly what I've asked for, and I say that because my wife is lactose intolerant and there has been so many times other starbucks put milk instead of whatever I or she had asked for at the moment. Here they haven't messed up one order in the two years ice been going here.
