Brought my daughter in after school Aug 23rd at 2:20, bread was so rock hard my daughter couldn't eat it, neither could I, we asked for a new one they refused to do anything and said if we tipped them maybe they would be more willing to help, never heard this from a subway and I'll never be back.

Right off of 226 and easy to speed by in Spruce Pine...Parking is tight..Service is prompt and the food is good. Dining area is clean ...Friendly staff.

I was told to wait so the workers could fix two other people online order. Normally I would not care but I was already waiting in line for a while. Even after getting my food it was smoshed. Not to mention that one of the workers wear a mask that is brown on the outside. To me that is not sanitary. Not to mention the prices for this meal being squashed was ridiculous.

I've always loved subway, I could eat it everyday ?But the people that work there can make or break the location regardless of the quality of the food. My personal orders and delivery orders that I pick up here are always quick and seemless. This staff is friendly and seem to always be happy to help. Keep it up
The bread is definitely not not fresh nor the cookies, the employees were very good and pleasant to deal with, but the eat fresh for this subway is not happening, I eat there every time I drive through there which is about 50 or so times a year and it all used to be fresh but my last 6 to 8 visits have not been to satisfying.

This place was sad, took my kids and wife hear they have no cheese chooses besides fresh Matz, pepper jack, or provolone and charge extra for the Matz. No wraps no toasting and there was a hair in our food.
