The food was so sloppy and not well put together, the woman at the drive thru window was the rudest I have ever met in my life, and for the food to be so sloppy it was too expensive. I will not be eating there anymore.

The food was cold, they didn’t get my order right. I paid $37.99 for 4 soft shell tacos and a chicken quesadilla. The tacos didn’t even have what I wanted on them. I don’t recommend this place. I will go to Marion before I ever go back to this dump.

YOUR DRINKS TASTE LIKE BLEACH!!!!Honestly I don't know whats up with this place. So apparently the KFC is staffed fine. But if you want taco bell? You're screwed for time. You could be waiting up to 30 minutes, and that's AFTER you order (plus it's almost always wrong). I honestly don't understand why they would even have a combination restaurant if they can't do some kind of double hiring system and cross train everyone. Because apparently the Taco Bell part is super understaffed. Plus, I believe it's the manager, is super super super rude for no reason. Like she hates her job and she hates her life so she takes it out on everyone else. Like I get it, it's hard out there, but everyone else doesn't deserve your anger. Go to therapy or something, because spreading negativity gets you nowhere and eventually you're going to get fired and have no life.Edit: if you want nacho fries, lower your expectations to 0. You'll get regular plain fries or *slightly* dusted nacho fries. I've gotten nacho fries from here about a dozen times and maybe 3 times were they made correctly. And only ONCE did I get a decent portion. Every other time I barely get 15 fries.They will also forget to pack half your order. And by the time you get down the road and notice or get home, it's too late and your money is down the drain. And they may offer something like a credit or replacement if you call, but let's be honest, are you really going to go back anytime soon just to get a replacement? Not many would. So money down the drain.I can't believe how a location in a small town area can be so ridiculous. There's lots of people that need jobs and since not many businesses, you'd think lots would apply. And then you'd also think they'd keep only the competent and hopefully nice people.But nope. Honestly, whether you live here or just passing through, please don't bother. You'll have crap food, missing food, time wasted, rude employees or missing money. I guarantee the good reviews on here are probably just bribes or *very* lucky they had a good experience.Go here at your own risk.

Got there and went inside the door was unlocked ... several cars ? in the drive thru... met at the counter and told that the lobby was closed .... no sign in the window " dinein area closed" about that or "Drive-thru only !" I was told to go thru Drive-thru... I left they evendently don't need my money ! KEEP YOUR CHICKEN !"

Stopped by today and ordered one chicken chalupa for $5.53 . I was asked if I wanted sauce I said 3 or 4 mild. They told me they could only give one pack per taco. I said never mind then because you need more sauce than that to make it taste good. So they would rather toss out what they made or lose out on money then to give you 2 or 3 extra sauce lol. Go to the restaurant by Walmart. There tacos are cheaper, taste way better , better quality of ingredients and you can get as much sauce as you like!

All in all really good food, and decently quick service. However the lady that took our order was very rude and hateful, she rolled her eyes at us several times. Now granted we did have a pretty big order but we are paying customers. As a waitress myself, I couldn't imagine being this rude to my customers. Also we asked what the price difference between a medium and a large freezy is, and she rolled her eyes and very hatefully said "We only have large and medium", we then ended up buying a large and received a medium. Love taco bell, but come on you can do better.
