Some of the nicest people. We out of towners stuck out like a sore thumb, and everyone was so great. The drinks were spot on.

One of the best places in Spruce Pine for a well made drink and entertainment.
Hours listed on Google are wrong or someone did not show up to work. Drove out of our way to go here on a Saturday afternoon at 4:40pm and they were closed.

The Dispensary is a fantastic spot! I truly enjoyed listening to the live music on Friday night. I wasn't sure what I wanted to sip on that night. Barbara was so kind and let me pick a drink from her cocktail book. The drink was so tasty and exactly what I was hoping for. The atmosphere is quaint and cozy.

What a homey atmosphere
The dispensary it’s one of the greatest place up here in North Carolina mountain if you’re looking for good music and good drink to chill out this is the place to come every Tuesday live music it is a place to listen to awesome music and chill out On glass of wine it’s like the piano room you just sit down and chill out and listen to a beautiful voice of Barry Stagg and other great musician performance mostly local people and nice local cloud And friendly.
