I had my little dog in the truck and I dont leave her for long when its cold .. but if I could have sat down and enjoyed the meal at 12.49 I think,it might have been ok..instead I got to go at 7.50 a lb..not much food for 19.80.. its hard trying to eat out when I take my dog everywhere but shes all I have anymore. My brother and I moved to Tennessee in December of 2022. He died after a car accident a month later . I came home December 15 2023 to find my girlfriend dead. I have to take care of my dog. She thinks im all there is and I love her..

Went a few months back and my chicken tips were raw in the middle. I informed our waitress of this and she basically just said sorry and asked if I wanted more to which I said no because at that point I had lost my appetite. I thought that she was going to inform a manager but she just continued serving other tables and never returned to ours. Food quality for the last couple years here has went downhill significantly. Not sure if I will ever return.

A buddy and I took my mom to a lunch there. It was busy but the seating was quick and the server was fantastic. Since it is a buffet the food was fresh and as expected and was constantly being rotated since a lot of people were eating there. Good food and good service 👌

So here is yet one more review 9 years later and the food has become god awful.. people come here due to lack of choices .. Ordered the Chicken tenders today and it was the worst Chicken Tenders I have ever eaten in my life.. They were gummy .. Full of Fat chunks.. no white meat in them at all .. am almost sure it was all thigh and or rib meat .. absolutely disgusting.. another quick edit .. The owner Darrin King instead of addressing the issue claims that these are Tyson Chicken Tenders and then Smarts off saying see you in 9 years .. The ownership is as disgusting as the food

Place is bright,well lt and you get the impression of cleanliness when you first walk in the door I had the bar which had plenty of choices lasagna, and meatloaf both good,and for dessert hot fudge cake topped with ice-cream. Had no complaints, my first time eating here and would return without thinking twice

Highly recommend to everyone. Kind of like going back in time. We grew up in the early 70's steakhouses where on every corner. My first job was at a steakhouse Shane's in Westgate Asheville,NC. Food bar & Salad bar one of the best.
