Excellent service with friendly and welcoming staff. Making for great dine in experience with delicious food. The buffet is fresh and fantastic salad bar. To go order are always correct as well. Highly recommend.

Very good buffet, and i have to hand it to them, they managed the mass of people with ease. They were closed during Hurricane Helene and Milton that destroyed so much in Spruce Pine. The first few days when they reopened, the lines were out the door and into the parking lot. Thank you for doing what you do so well!

Urgent Advisory: Negative Experience
I am writing to share a concerning experience here and to caution others against visiting this establishment.
As a disabled veteran, I accessed the restaurant through the exit door, which was the entrance with a handicap-accessible ramp. Unfortunately, I was reprimanded for this choice. What was intended to be a birthday celebration quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal. The restaurant's policy required all members of our party to be present before we could join the line, which we complied with. However, when we began to place our orders, the owner instructed the staff not to take any orders until a table was available.
Despite being patient, we were repeatedly asked what was taking so long. When we explained that we were still ordering, the owner became increasingly flustered, ultimately suggesting that we could go to Walmart—an assertion she later denied, claiming she had suggested a Mexican restaurant instead. This inconsistency in her statements was troubling.
After several attempts to address the situation with the owner, we were met with hostility and were told that they had experienced issues with our group in the past, despite this being our first visit as a larger party. The owner's demeanor was unprofessional and dismissive, which is disappointing, especially in the wake of recent challenges faced by our community after the hurricane.
Given the lack of empathy and the unwelcoming environment, I strongly advise against patronizing here. It is essential for local businesses to prioritize customer service and community support, particularly in difficult times.

Got a ribeye steak that was very small for the cost and not cooked the way I ordered it, with no salad bar or anything else offered. one ice tea, wanted unsweet got sweet no lemon brought with it, asked twice, juice - grease soggy cold fries, and a small steak that I waited 30 + minutes for a drink then an extra 30 minutes for the food. I was alone I guess and they were packed on a sunday but that is no excuse for poor service reguardless... I was also not asked for a drink refill and felt like I was just an easy victum...everybody around me came long after and got served first... I'll never go there again after a 45 minute drive to get there... Very dissapointed and not respected, felt ripped off like I wasn't a high dollar bill or tip for the staff... Not worth the 27.50 + tax for shitty service, a cheap steak, fries, and 1 wrong ice tea and an 1 hour wait time.
