Ladies' bathroom toilet tissue was not accessable....rolls were so tight I could not get any paper at all
Stopped for breakfast. The chicken was technically hot, but the quality was terrible. The texture was rubbery with an extremely weird consistency that made it hard to even describe. It was some of the worst chicken I’ve had from Bojangles.
My drink also had small black specks floating in it, which is unacceptable.
1-star experience. Do better.

Well besides my wife losing her wedding ring cause it fell off into the toilet when she flushed it at this place they actually have great food for sure and great customer service even tho my wife cried about her ring the hole time she sure enjoyed the food in the process
Ok, I stop at this Bojangles, Monday 9-8-2025. I order a 3pc. Dinner. I didn't check my so it's my fault I guess but I received a 4pc. tender. I was so mad when I got to work to find out what I got. I couldn't go back it's 30 minutes to get back. So today, Friday 9-12-2025, I stop again hoping them could get it right this time. I ordered the same thing this but with a twist.vi added a sweet potato pie to the order. Well guess what, they got my 3pc. Dinner right but left out my $3.00 pie. I guess the next step is to never go through the drive through ever again but go in and check every item in front of them.

I got chicken tenders which looked and tasted old l I ke leftovers from yesterday, very disappointed, I don't have teeth and can't chew chicken so hard, the price is bad enough, the food should be cooked when. Orderd

The people working had a bad attitude. There was a huge puddle of soapy water front the little hall leading into the ladies room, with no wet floor sign, the bathroom door was very heavy and with the floor wet I had a hard time opening the door. We received the wrong food. There was no sweet tea left, and they left it there with nats flying around everywhere. Very nasty. Wish I could rate it lower.
