I can't say anything about the food because I was standing there for 5 minutes and no one would take my order. They saw me and never said anything to me. I went somewhere else. This is definitely a management problem.

My family and I have been going to this location ever sense we’ve moved to Stanley, about 3 years ago. We’ve always had some issues with our food but nothing to major. This morning was by far the worst experience ever. We will not be returning, don’t waste your money at this location.

I came to bojangles for breakfast and they are out of most everything . They told me I would have to wait 20 minutes for them to cook the blueberry cobbler biscuit, Bo rounds. Instead they are eating McDonald’s food

Their service has gone down 👎🏾 hill for sure. Everything is usually fresh and not over cooked. Biscuits are hard or warmed over customer service is not the best. It's too expensive.

I never waste my time giving reviews, but this one was earned. HORRIBLE ALL THE WAY AROUND. I got an 8 piece chicken that looked more like fried shrimp they were so small. The box was soggy and falling apart and so were the biscuits. $20 for crap. I took it back and the manager was already arguing with a woman about her order and it’s low quality. She snatched my receipt from me and put my refund in my hand with barely a word. This whole time, we were watching an employee eat out of the fry holder with her bare fingers. Don’t waste your time going here, it’s HORRIBLE.
This place is horrible. I got home, and half my food was wrong. Of course, the only thing that was decent was the fries. Don't go unless it's your last resort.
Breakfast is a little better IMO...I don't like that there aren't any non spicy options now

Now this location usually gives me the blues. But whoever fried the chicken about 3:40-4:00 on Aug 9th may god bless you. Best chicken I’ve had so far at bojangles. The customer service was a little sketchy but I’ll come back again for that chicken. It was HOT, SEASONED OMG I could go on. I usually don’t mind leaving a bad review but you guys give props when it’s due
