Sometimes, the food is hot and fresh. This time, the food was cold, and the staff were very unpleasant, not friendly at all. They seemed bothered by the fact that we came through the drive-through. The boy at the drive-through couldn't get my coupon to work, which never happens. He said, "Very rudely, we are not a participating location." I use those same coupons that come in the mail all the time there. He just couldn't run the register properly, and that's the best excuse he had. Those employees on that day were bothered that they had to work.

sat at the speaker for 10 mins no one ever talked to us, pulled off and looked at the window and they were all just standing there. sad they can’t even take someone’s order but they can stand around and talk.
At 1:45 today I had a Hardee's cheese burger...it was so nasty. Burger was cold and tasted stale. My fries were also cold. I won't be going back.
