Why zero ??? I hope and pray it never happens to anyone else but I ordered a pizza yesterday and waited waited and waited for 1 hour for to my surprise nothing I tried calling no answer I even went to the freaking location and no answer I’m owed $55 and however many cents I’ll try to call but I know I’m not gonna get an answer so I’ll sue you guys if I don’t get my money back, so please let this be the last time this happens because if it does there will be hell and high water.I don’t expect an apology I just expect action and accountability thank you

Pizza dough isn’t cooked Cheese isn’t even melted in the pizza tsp of sauce on the pizza . My family is not sick from the raw dough vomiting and more than likely heading to the hospital make sure we aren’t food poisoning. Then we call and the phone service says they’re closed , no I just left there no way your closed .

I ordered food from this location, waited 2 hours until calling the number. It immediately hung up on me and said the location is closed. I tried calling the corporate office. They immediately hung up on me and said they cannot take customer calls. There's no way to call anyone else to get my money back or get my pizza.
This is legitimately almost basically a scam, there is no recourse or any people to talk to. Do not waste your time when there are other options available.

Ordered on line 3/24.received text that said order was ready. When I got there the store was closed and had been closed. Customer service # is a joke. Last time using any Pizza Hut. My charge card was charged 68 for the order. Had to call to cancel the payment.

I ordered from this Pizza Hut in Stanley NC after waiting over two hrs and my pizza wasn’t delivered I contacted this location. Then I get an alert saying my ordered was canceled and I’ll receive a refund. So I decided to ride to the actual store when I arrived some chubby lady was sitting there letting the phone ring off the hook. She informed me the store was closed even though it doesn’t close until 11 pm which a sign on the door clearly states. Now I’m out of my money and no dinner at almost 9pm. There were no reasons given I was just scammed out of my money until they decide to refund my money. Me personally I’ll never give this place my money again the food is mostly mediocre at best but it’s the only Pizza Hut in my area this is outrageous and the service was terrible this place needs to be shut down especially now since I actually went to the physical location for the second time since I moved out here looks like to me they only hire drug users and people that look very sketchy…NEVER AGAIN WILL I CALL THIS PLACE THIS ISNT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS OR DO BUSINESS..
Wow!!!! This pizza hut is truly amazing 👏 we have always heard get things about this location and it's true. The people that work here take pride in preparing the food, pizza's were perfectly cooked, cheese sticks were perfect, the boneless wings were cooked perfectly and had great sauce!! I highly recommend this pizza hut!! The young lady working the counter is super nice and was very professional!! This is our new pizza place! Steer clear of the belmont location absolutely horrible...

The quality of food and service from this location has been on a steady downward trend. Tonight our order was delivered incorrect. Tried to contact the store for over an hour being bounced around to an unempowered call center and sitting on hold. "Live Chats" go unanswered.
