The quality of food and service from this location has been on a steady downward trend. Tonight our order was delivered incorrect. Tried to contact the store for over an hour being bounced around to an unempowered call center and sitting on hold. "Live Chats" go unanswered.

We usually order pizza every other weekend and get Domino's or Papa John's. This weekend we decided to give this pizza hut location a try. Worst mistake I've made in a long time. Took over 1 1/2 hours after their website said 20 minutes. Finally get the pizza home which is ten minutes away only to find both pizzas completely hard and dry like it's been sitting out a long time. Garlic cheese bread wasn't cut and also dried out. Wings were ok except the two blonde hairs swimming in the sauce at the bottom of the container , completely disgusted. Never again will I try this place maybe not pizza hut ever again thanks to this disgusting experience. Thanks a lot what a waste of money.

I order dinner often from this PIZZA HUT and I honestly don't have a issue. But tonight was different. I wanted a large hand toss beef pizza with bread sticks; which by the way is usually my normal order. I was transferred to the automatic system to place my order. When the driver arrived 35mins later with my order I was completely satisfied with the time frame, I tip the driver and closed the door. Upon opening my order I realized I had a thin crust pizza and instead of bread sticks I got cheese bread. The pizza was entirely dry as if it had been sitting an entire day. The pizza was not cut so I used my pizza cutter to slice sections for my family but it so was disappointing in taste and texture. I always receive a fresh, soft cheesy pizza so I'm not sure what went wrong this time. However, I'm certain the automatic system contributed to the disappointment.!!

On pick up had to wait while the cashier chatted with a coworker. Then I got a bad case of food poisoning from the pizza. Bad diarrhea for 24 hours. No resolution after filing a complaint with the Pizza Hut company. I will never eat Pizza Hut again, from here or any other Location.

I spent almost 70 dollars on three items I understand times have change but omg the quality of this order was so damn poor they had to have Givin me a several hour old big new Yorker anyways I'm just one man's opinion that probably want matter ! But me or my family will never order from pizza hut again ...
