Ordered on the app. Waited 30 mins past the time it was supposed to be ready. Horrible service...cold subs that were supposed to be extra toasted. Got home and had no cheese on subs that were 2x cheese!! Eating out has gotten way to expensive to have service like this!! This is not the first time we have had no cheese it has happened multiple times!! Not much toppings either!!

I ordered 2 subs at this store. One was ordered without Mayo or mustard. The young woman working there slid the first sub through Mayo and mustard left on the cutting board. Then used a knife that was covered with Mayo and mustard to finish the sub. The time before that the same woman was just slapping the sandwiches together with attitude. You could tell she did not care about her job. Go somewhere else if you want a sub.
The young ladies working this evening 08-10-2024 were very helpful and upbeat. As a person with a disability it is refreshing to see businesses hiring individuals who have heart and dedication to their work

They have been pretty decent to me however they are consistently TERRIBLE to the elderly. Very impatient with an elderly family member of mine who can't hear well and gets confused. They don't want to repeat themselves and roll their eye with attitude as well as saying multiple things such as "you can't keep changing your mind like that, just pick something and stick with it". ABSOLUTELY unacceptable in customer service. If you can't be patient and kind, you shouldn't be in customer service!!!!!!!

Did it online order got a salad nothing was right on it called them had to have husband take it back up there so they could see it so inconvenient. All they had to do was look at the order and make the salad it's not that hard to make a salad. Will be trying to get in touch with someone over the manager or whatever it was I talked to tonight about this situation
I use to have a 5 star review here. Deleted it and added a 1. 8 dollars for a 6 inch sub is crazy. I order it online and its not made right too. You can't raise prices and get worse. Pick

I was accosted here by a very thoroughly bred Appalachian hillbilly for parking too close. The curbside zone is in kind of a weird place and he just didn’t know. 5 stars.

Every time that I have gotten a sub (bout once or twice a week) from this location it has always been good and edible. I get the same sub Everytime I got. Ft long subway club with pepper jack cheese, let,olives, banana peppers, cucumber, lite mayo, light chipotle s&p, o&v. But recently the past two months it seems like it has went down hill. They act like they don't care how the sub turns out. Don't get me wrong I know I have a little bit of stuff on my subs but they just throw the veggies on the sub and then by the time they wrapped it up there is more veggies and sauce on the outside of the sub and wrapper then there is on the sub. From where the wrapper is covered by all the sauce the bread is covered and you practically need a bib just so the sauce doesn't get all over your clothes. They need to start caring more about there job and less time worried about flirting with the customers. They start out a 12 dollars a hour and it's sad cause I know people that make less then that and and do a better job

Dont bother. They manager wanted us to bring back a sub that was opened at our house and 2 bites taken out of it so she could add the avocado they forgot. Not only would that sub be soggy and gross by the time we did all that but how can you open a sub from someone's home in your restaurant to add stuff to it? Isn't that unsanitary? Then she said they could make a new 6 inch since we ate a little part of the other half before realizing. Im sorry but i paid for a whole sub not half of it. I guess its up to the customer to jump thru hoops to fix their mistake. To get the avocado refunded we would have to drive back up there which would be a waste of everyone's time since the refund I'd spend in gas. Here's a tip: if the sub has avocado in the name it prob should have avocado on it when you give it to the customer.

SORRIEST EXPERIENCE EVER AT THIS SUBWAY. WAS TOLD BE WITH YOU IN A SECOND. WHICH WAS FIND, THEN SOMEONE CONES IN WHICH THEY KNEW. THEN WAITED ON THEM AND SKIPPED ME. LEFT WILL NOT BE BE BACK AT THIS SUBWAY.
