This location is still just ok and the staff was really odd...

unfriendly people guess they were busy a lot, but still im a paying customer or i should say not a paying customer anymore, Im not going back here and i was on my route with Amazon delivery. very messy place counters were dirty needed cleaning and soda tasted like tap water they used through the machine. dont go here unless you absolutely need food...! take care

The last 3 times I went to this location I had to drive off without ordering. I don’t know if there was anyone working the drive thru. 10 minutes and the first car in line had not ordered.

This place is good once in a while. My kids love the nuggets and frosty. The service isn't a 5 even. Always has a line wrapped around the building and takes forever to get your food. Needs help.

50+ minutes just in a drive thru just to get the order wrong. Went in and 6 kids just standing around on their phone's not doing their job. This is sad for a business to be run like this and it all starts with the manager not doing their job. Oh yeah once again no potatoes or hot fries at 6:30 PM. I won't be going back here again

I canceled my order at 12.36 am 10.19.24 because I couldn't find anyone to ship my order I was waiting for about 10 minutes and no one ever showed up the schedule says until 2 am false bad service
I know fast food can be busy at times, but it would be nice to actually get what you pay for instead of cold food. I’m guessing the reason it was all cold is because it was made ahead of time and when you tell people cash only they all started to leave so you give it to the next paying customer. Also it was nice seeing employees pushing trash outside and slam all of it on the ground including the cart, while another employee was rolling what seemed to be a a blunt.

Wish I could give 0 stars. They won't let you order any food anymore unless it's done through the mobile app. The dining room is always closed now too. I had to drive all the way to Denver to be able to sit down to eat. Where the workers were MUCH more pleasant to speak to and the service was MUCH better. Stanley needs to take some notes from them.

I visited the Stanley, N.C. Wendy's last night with a mobile order.
I walked inside as the drive through lane was so full it spilled out onto the main road. I understand the challenges fast food restaurants are having nationwide and I sympathize but I felt like I needed to let someone know about my experience last night. I stood at the counter for a full 10 minutes and no one spoke to me or offered to take my order. Finally a person behind me asked one of the employees if they were taking orders and and they replied that the manager told them not to take front lobby or door dash orders at that time because they were so back logged and an employee had just walked out.
I totally understand that, but it would have been nice if someone had informed us of that when we walked in. I told her I already put in a mobile order and I decided to wait for it (it took 30 minutes) but lots of other people came in and just walked out after no one greeted them. The manager was visible this entire time and never addressed us. Also, a loud verbal fight between two mail employees in the back happened while I was waiting.
Everyone in the lobby and dining area could hear it and several people walked out during that. The staff appeared to be working really hard. What really bothered me was the manager's behavior. She never addressed the public about the wait time, she didn't blink an eye when the employee fight broke out (didn't go to the back to investigate, just let it play out).
I word of explanation or apology for the wait time can go along way but she never offered any and stood around a lot.
This incident occured on Monday night 9/23/24 between 6:45 and 7:30. If you have camera footage it would be good to review it.
I ate this on 9/21/24 and contracted food poisoning an hour later and threw up for an entire day afterward constantly. This restaurant is not clean and I wouldn’t recommend anyone get sick from here like I did.

The first thing I look at in a restaurant is the sanitation grade and this unit has a good one. We’ve eaten here several times after church and never had a bad experience. The people are nice and the food is fresh.
