Horrible management and attitude from employees. Don't waste your time

Waited for 30mins at the drive thru window for our food, we were the only ones in line (others got tired of waiting and left). Here's the kicker, they claimed my old 50$ was fake and CALLED THE COPS. The cop laughed at how stupid it was, the bill was real.

At the end?? They STILL forgot one of our burgers!

Why does this location shut down the dining room continuously, especially at lunchtime? Then the staff will only take one car order, then wait for that customer to get food then takes the next person in the drive thru. I had to wait 23 mins in the drive thru just to pick up an online order that was placed 15 mins before I got there and the doors were locked! Said they were told my manager to lock the doors because they are short staffed. Then when they handed me my drinks, the cashier spilled the drinks landing on me and in my car! This was today about 20 mins ago!

I'll never go here again, I was door dashing and decided to grab a bite, first off they didn't ask me if I wanted my receipt... They gave me my burger without my fries I had to drive back around which sucks in stanley cause you have to wait for traffic before you can go back into the parking lot, came back up to the window was literally just there and they acted like I am the bad guy cause I wanted my fries and I paid for em but that one tall white girl got stank with me about it I got my fries but there's no reason for the hostility

They pulled me and the lady said that she doesn't know exactly what I'm waiting for. I sat there for 17 minutes, had to go in and get my order. This is a very slow place to get food from and is so unprofessional. Don't go to the Wendy's in Stanley NC.

Wendy's is always consistent with quality of food. I thought. That had to be the worst 'Dave's double' meal I had ever gotten. After waiting for about 20 minutes to get through the drive through and spending 35$ other than the fact that I got charged for a combo and didnt receive my fries. The burger was dry, the lettuce was brown and wilted. And the single tomatoe slice liquefied. I didnt think there was lettuce on it at all , and I found two stripes of brown ,limp leaf of some kind. Hands down the worse Wendy's burger I had ever gotten. Why are the dominoes and Wendy's in stanley so bad ,when the same restraints in lincolnton are tip top? I won't be back

My husband ordered our food on the app. When he got to the restaurant he waited 45 mins for our food. They refused to give my husband our food because they said it wasn't in their system when he had the receipt for them to see along with where the money came out of his account.

I just went through the drive thru, ordered a biggie bag and a 4pc chicken nugget. They tried to charge my 9 something. Got that straightened out and I paid 7.48. Got back to work and only had the biggie bag, not the other chicken nugget order. Now Im at work and can't go back to get the rest of the order.

Manager said their fries always look burned and have no salt. Like it’s my fault for wanting good fries. Then after I was handed my cash refund she just started grabbing other people’s food with her hands without washing them first. Don’t go here, the manager has an attitude and is incompetent and you will most likely get sick from poor employee hygiene.
