I did one year of taxes with Linda Bowers Money for Tax Services and I have had the worst experience. At first, she did good the process was not bad at all. Until, I received a letter from the IRS notifying that we had an issue with ours numbers. Which I even pointed out were the issues was. I called to make them aware, send emails, with the info they needed to get that fixed. Called multiple times left messages to see were we were at. At one point they told me she had received multiple letters from other customers from the IRS (I should have know better when she said that). I understood and gave her time. When I started to notice that my time was running out I called and left multiple voicemails to call me back and I never got a call back or a voice to call back. I even had my husband call and its like they knew we were calling and they were ignoring our calls. So I had to agree to pay the IRS if not they would take the funds from our account! I sent my husband yesterday to have her fix the situation since they were not returning our calls. And come to find out that she said their was nothing she could do since I had already agreed to pay to the IRS. I said I had no other option but to do that since I wasn't hearing back from her! Not only was she not able to help but she was raising her voice at my husband and when I called her she screamed at me and hung up! Very unprofessional after I have sent several people to her when tax season comes around. I will definitely be telling everyone that I sent not to go or to make sure they check her work.

My Mama passed away from Covid three years ago in November. She always baked me a pineapple cake for my birthday, and also just because I was craving it many times. I haven't been able to find anything close to the way hers tasted. Today is my birthday and my husband ordered me a pineapple cake from Bon Bon's. He said he ordered it late, but after hearing why he wanted it so badly they made sure I had a pineapple cake for my birthday today. I cried because it tasted just like my Mama's, and it absolutely made my day. Everyone was bragging on how wonderful it tasted, but no one could have enjoyed it anymore than I did because I felt like Mama was hugging me from Heaven. Thank you so much. I highly recommend Bon Bon's. They are wonderful!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are very fair. Wide variety of items for sale. The sweets look absolutely delicious. Coffee is great and ice cream is wonderful.
