The Stokesdale subway cannot and I repeat cannot read. Online order on their app and twice now the Stokesdale location just botches it up. It’s like they purposely try to make it as wrong as possible. Last time I drove back and told them I got some else’s subs and they remade them. This time I got the right sub base and received all the toppings not selected and none of the ones selected. I verified the receipt was correct and just threw it away vs going back. Lesson learned.

Meat steak and cheese TOUGH
I went to subway and the lady messed up my order. She burnt my nachos. She almost forgot to put my chicken on there. I don't know if subway does drug test, but they need to do it on some of the workers there. The lady is making yall look bad.
I went to Subway today to find out that they did not have half the stuff on the menu. I finally found something they did have and after they made it we went to put the lettuce and veggies on it and they had no lettuce or onion or anything else barely. This is twice now that I've been to this location and this has happened. I feel that they should have told me this before preparing the meat and toasting it. Poor customer service!!

Bunch of lazy teens basically run this place into the ground. They are always sitting at a table in the front of the store cutting up. The big thing is they will not answer the phone at all. Called 9 times in a row this Sunday, Sept 29, 2024 from 3:30- 3:45 at a very slow time and rings, rings rings tuen voicemail every time
Stopped taking coupons, prices are now higher than surround suburbs!

Walked in this store and there was three people eating at tables.. nobody who worked at the store was in there ... it was empty.. nobody behind the counter and nobody in the back kitchen.... we hollered for help and rang the bell over and over but nobody came to help us... so we left and will never go back to this store ever

Wednesday June 19,2024 and Thursday June 20,2024 tried all to call this establishment to place an order and no one would answer the damn phone!!!!! Subway you are damn pathetic,need to close the doors and leave town!!!!!

We placed an online order for pickup, upon walking in the store there wee about 6-8 customers in line, there were 2 of which were touching and looking in our bags on the carryout display. Once we arrived home, we realized our order was wrong. On the footling turkey sub there was tomatoes and onions neither were supposed to be on it . On the phiĺy cheese steak there was onions which my spouse is allergic to. Both subs were supposed to be toasted but they were not. There were supposed to be 6 cookies, they were the wrong kinds, buy they were closed. We would like a refund or gift card for the food and the inconvenience.

Your money is good anywhere I highly suggest making the trip elsewhere. Besides not accepting coupons which they have the right to do. My experience today was a little unsettling. The sandwiches have become very thin, but the price continuously goes up. Call it inflation call it whatever you want. I used to work for Subway as first job many years ago and I ordered a roast beef foot-long. Typically that means I would get five slices of meat. Well, somehow that became 3 1/2 half. I’m sure the quantity has changed but so has the quality. I’m standing there and watching the employee rip my meat apart with their hands to make it fit on my sub really shows how much the franchise owner has become very stingy. Of course the employee had gloves on. Also monitoring on the amount of condiments that they put on it is over the top micromanaging. Also, they had an electrical outlet without a cover right in a booth that you would sit at. Would it be something a child stuck their finger in it then I don’t think he would be worrying about how many pickles or onions you put on a sub.
