We ordered online Sunday, June 29. 2025 and paid for our order online went all the way to the restaurant to pick our order up. They were closed so we left empty-handed and now have to wait. Three whole days to receive our money back. This is ridiculous. They should have closed down the app where people cannot order if they were closed will not be going back.

My husband, who was a long time customer placed an order tonight for 2 full meals( salt and pepper cat fish and chicken tenders with 2 extra sides of large hush puppies) for pick up. it cost $55.00's almost twice what it used to cost and was asked to tip for pick up service. when I read the menu the pricing didn't make sense as catfish was the special of the day @ 11.69 the chicken was 13.98 and the menu said a side of hush puppies was 3.45??? when I spoke to the manager she said the large order of hush puppies is 8.45( for bread) and that he didn't specify the special, but they didn't ask either. If I knew he was going to be charged 22.00 for an un seasoned catfish I would have said no-this is not fresh seafood . He bought the same items at a Competitors restaurant and it only cost 30.00 for everything, same amount of food, tasted as good but for a lot less. They have lost our business.
