The food was terrible. Staff treated the rats there better than me. It was nasty on the inside cockroaches on the walls and ground mysterious white liquid on the ground. Saw one staff member scratched his head while making the pizza, and another staff member had no gloves on handling the toppings.

We have become really disappointed over our last few visits. We were temporarily living near the original location in Statesville and loved their pizza. We were excited when they moved to Stony Point since we were building our house there. I have not had the same experience at the new location. Our orders are never ready when we arrive and the quality of ingredients seems to have gone down though the price has gone up. Our visit today has done us in for a while. We placed our online order at 5:52 and it was immediately accepted by Jay's with a 25-35 minute wait. My husband went to pick up the pizza and was told at 6:20 that the order had just been received and it would be another 20-30 minutes. This is the second time in a row that we have arrived within the instructed time and been told another 20-30 minutes. To top this trip off, one of the pizzas had been dropped and all of the cheese and toppings were in the corner of the box when I got home from the second trip to pick the pizza up an hour after ordering.

The chicken parm was average at best.The cheese bread was just a hoagie roll split open with cheap cheese and Heavy garlic salt.$20 for those two items is crazy. Dominos is cheaper and has better quality ingredients.

Tried their chicken, spinach, Alfredo pizza with onions and mushrooms which is a specialty pizza with thin crust, it was amazing!!
