I am giving a 2 star rating not on the quality of the food, which was quite good, but on their business practices. I stopped at N-Seine Seafood to order 2 dozen hard crabs for pickup the next day. Having no facilities to steam them I asked that they steam the crabs. At that point my $40 in crabs became $60 with a $10 per dozen charge to steam the crabs. There is no obvious posting within the store of the cost of steaming the crabs. Even though the 2 dozen were steamed in the same steamer the double charge was made. This is highway robbery. I have bought steamed crabs most of my life including from them in the past and have never, until this experience , paid additional to steam them. At $10 a dozen they are adding another 50% to the cost of the crabs. I could perhaps understand a small charge for steaming, but an addition 50% per dozen is robbery. I will not be purchasing from them in the future.

Stopped by today for some shrimp. We experienced the true dock- warehouse culture. There is no real store front with a showcase of goods. The vacuumed pack shrimp looks good. We can't wait to try. Everyone was super nice, and let us come into see the baskets of just delivered fresh catch answering our questions of what was what kind of fish. Thank you. Blessed be our fishermen.
