As others have commented about the guy with the Blond hair, not sure if he's the manager or not. But I know people can have bad customer service skills but to have none is honestly kinda impressive. So the food was fine but service was terrible.

I go to this Subway often and the gentleman with the blond hair is never friendly or welcoming. I am not sure if he is the Manger or the franchise owner, but he needs to find a different career field than customer service. All the other employees are nice and helpful, but that guy always acts like you are a bother and he does not want you there. Today, I went in and he was slicing meat, did not acknowledge me and I even said hi, no response from him. He would not help the other employee with the sandwiches and actually had 2 customers walkout due to the delay.
Food is good, but don’t expect to be treated like a valued customer while there.

Closed an hour earlier than marked online/on the door.
Stood there 5 minutes in front of 2 ladies who never even acknowledged me. One was working on probably an online order and the other worrying about if she should do a cash drop. No one else in line. I left.
Worst place I have ever been, the lettuce was brown and old,got a salad with out dressing, the tomatoes were old,asked the lady if she more lettuce,she looked confused,cookies were hard very bad service and these people do not answer the phone. Then she charged me $20 dollars you couldn't feed my dog with shameful people and service..wasted my time and money
Refused to take official subway coupons, they wouldn't even look at them, the moment I said coupon they said they wouldn't take it. I wouldn't have gone there at all if I had known that, I'll avoid this subway from now on.

The guy, is he the manager? Or whoever he was overseeing the girl at the counter was straight up hostile. As I was walking in, he gave me the death glare. Half the veggies looked rotten. He was blasting his radio in the back with some foreign music. He kept glaring at me and never said anything. The girl was nice, but seemed untrained. She toasted my sandwich for 20 seconds. The cheese didn’t even warm up. Y’all need a new staff at this location.
Got a great deal and the order was ready as promised and exactly as I ordered. First time visit here...Smooth transaction in great food for a great price with the coupon and I will be back! 😎🧡

Wouldn’t recommend this location! The owner is rude. I had to walk out in the middle of my sub being made. He told me I couldn’t get a kids meal for my child, and tried to tell me I couldn’t order my sub the way I WANTED IT TO BE MADE!!

I came in with a coupon to get my family something to eat and after ordering 5 subs he tells me at the register that they don’t take coupons via the manager?! So I look down and said well what about this coupon scanner? He said ohh let me try it. Guess what happened? It worked. The make table was frozen over and all the vegetables were gross!!
Must be using cheap meat, meatball subs had hard substance in them, maybe bone? Idk idc, just ew.

Had a long day of travel ball, stopped to pick up our online grocery order and my son wanted the pizza rolls from Subway. It's his favorite thing right now. We got there at 7:56 on a Sunday, two customers currently ordering and the guy making subs says "we close in four minutes". So ok clearly you don't want our business. Then while waiting on Papa johns I learn that online AND ON THE DOOR it says open til 9 on Sundays. Congratulations I guess you make enough money you don't care who you turn away.

This subway is the worst usually i read the reviews but i didn’t i ordered through the app first my damn steak sub was cold as ice when i was eating it then on the top of that i ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies and 2 raspberry cookies they gave me macadamia cookies and oatmeal like if you didn’t have it should have refunded me my money back.
They do not honor coupons save your money elsewhere
