The Jumping Bean - A Coffee Drive Thru

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience today. I always order the Butter Brew, and it’s usually absolutely delicious—one of the main reasons I’ve been coming here for years. I’m from South Carolina, and every time I visit, I genuinely look forward to stopping in for this coffee.

Unfortunately, whoever was working on New Year’s Day did an awful job. Our order was messed up, and the Butter Brew was nothing like it normally is. This was especially frustrating because this isn’t the first time our order has been incorrect.

I’ve always held this place in high regard, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I truly hope this was just an off day, because this visit did not live up to the quality and consistency I’ve come to expect over the years.

If you're not opening your window for orders, don't just have the shade closed with no note or acknowledgment. It does not give the vibe of closed, it gives the vibe of just not have had any walk up orders yet that morning. Then don't snap back at a customer who mentions that maybe having a sign or a note up would be helpful. It will be a long time before I come back.

The coffee is delicious and the customer service is always amazing. I wish I discovered this place sooner. I love supporting a small business, especially one that is so close to home!

Consistently better than any other coffee shop in the country. The staff here are great and they are very friendly. They also have scones that are amazing. Hands down best shop ever!!!

Visited for the first time today and asked for a recommendation. The owner recommended a maple latte and it was delicious! Promised to leave a review if I liked it, and I do! Highly recommend!

The coffee was really good! I got the Jack Frost (peppermint mocha) and it was delicious. I also tried the blueberry lemon scone — it was pretty good too. The employees were super nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend stopping here for a great cup of coffee!

Love coming here every morning when I visit Summerfield!

Absolutely amazing coffee spot! Honestly in my opinion it’s better than Starbucks! Some of the best coffee I’ve had honestly! I got the pumpkin latte and it’s sooo flavorful but not too sweet, the pop tart is absolutely amazing and so are the little pumpkin spice sugar cookies and they’re so cute! 100% recommend this place to ALL coffee lovers!
